What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Nick had just bought a new Quidditch broom. It was a Comet 720, a fine broom made of mahogany wood. As he slowly walked up to the looming Quidditch pitch the air got colder. Now, Nick didn't mind the cold but when it was blowing in his face, he didn't like it. He soon found himself in the middle of the frost covered field. Attempting to fly up in the air he spun his broom and fell on his back. He repeated this action several more times but failing. Out of anger and frustration he slammed his broom against the ground and stood there with his arms crossed.

Cecilia had ventured out to the quidditch pitch early in the day bundled up in a coat with a hat and mittens. By the time Nick had showed up and threw his little fit Cecilia was starting to get cold and her nose was red from being out for so long. With a giggle she stood up from where she sat in the stands and moved toward Nick in the stadium. "Throwing a fit wont help anything." She spoke quietly yet loud enough for her to be heard. She tilted her head to the side and giggled again as she watched him.

Hearing, but not responding to Cecilia, he reluctantly tried again. After around the tenth try he finally got up into the air. He only got maybe 4 feet off the ground when he fell again. "It just frustrates me. I used to be the best Quidditch player at Hogwarts and now I cant even fly" he explained. His eyes drifted to a cold Cecilia who appeared to be nearly frozen. He gently wrapped his arms around her in a romantic way. "Do you want to go inside" he whispered into her ear, red from the cold.

"No, I'm fine out here." Cecilia murmured smileing up at Nick. "Don't fource it. Just relax and have fun. There was a smart man a long time ago who once said, "if at first you don't succeed try try again," not if at first you don't succeeded give up." She reached up on her toes and kissed him gently, "I believe you can do it," she whispered, "it's just like the first time you learned." She took a step away from him and smiled motioning to his broom. "Go on try again."

"Ok" he said with a relaxing deep breath. Inside he felt happy that she believed in him. He picked up his broom and sat on it. He slowly was lifted off the ground and up into the air. He soon sped around the arena like he used to. Landing back on the ground, he ran towards Cecilia a picked her up with a smile. As he gently put her down he said "thanks for believing in me".

"Thank you for believing in me," she replied with a small smile. Someone to believe in you is one of the most important thing Cecilia could see right now. She wrapped her arms around nick hovering him a hug which she never wanted to release him from. He head rested on his chest and she smiled closeing her eyes glad her presence made a difference in his life.

"It's cold out here and I'm done with practice. Do you want to go inside" Nick asked worried about her and her daughter's health. Gently, he rubbed her stomach of which was cold. "So have you decided on a name for your daughter" he asked curiously. Inside Nick knew that if Cecilia was a part of his life then her child would be too. And he accepted that if it meant he could be with her.

"But, it's so pretty out here," Cecilia said looking Down at the ground where the light shined and sparkled off of the frost. She giggled and smiled more than she had in a long while. "Yes, I have," she replied, "I like the name mollie Aimee... Though I'm still debateing on the spelling. I kind if like mollie spelled m-o-l-l-i-e and Aimee in the French virus toon spelled a-I-m-e-e." she said quietly. "What do you think?" She asked

"No matter how pretty anything is, nothing is prettier than you" he complimented before he gave her a soft kiss. Listening to what she said about her daughter's name he nodded his head. "I like it, it's a pretty fancy name" he said looking at her stomach. Nick laid down in the snow and making two snow angels. Part of Nick's mind was still almost childlike, he did childish things to make people smile and laugh.

Cecilia giggled as she watched nick make his snow angels and wished she could to but feared that if she got down there that she would never be able to get back up. She sighed and smiled crossing her arms over her chest and pulling her coat around her more. "You are goofy." she stated with another giggle. "and yes her name if fancy but its the fanciness she deserves. I feel its her right." She said quietly her eyes getting soft and she grew quiet going off into her own little world
