mystique--wait...i have a problem understanding what you're going to sell. shops here are locations to generate opportunities for rp. i can see where someone seeking out a spell might seek your character out, but idk how that fits for a shop. if you're selling other tangible wares, such as various magical paraphenalia--cauldrons, crystals, palantirs, etc, etc...that might make sense. but idk that i can see a shop working here. you might want to give that some thought. if you think you really want to make a shop, here's the link you need to start designing it.

(Mystique is mine also)

I was thinking of selling books with spells in them, and I know you could just go to Flourish & Blotts, but these will be dark spells, beginner spells for the young and weary, etc.
I think I could make this work, especially for DE's around the place looking for a good dark spell, to knock off an order member.

For Santana would she get a shop?For her potions? Or not

(I'm going to design Mystique's shop if you don't mind? Is it ok?

go ahead and make your proposal for mystique's shop.

for santana, i suppose you could make a shop for her we don't allow more than 2 competing shops, so be aware that we already have slugs and jiggers, but i am not aware of a second potions shop right now. however, i haven't included potioneers in st mungos as jobs but they are necessary. the only potions maker at the hospital is robert lupin. a second potions maker might be a good thing. just a thought.
