British wizarding world, and as such, it holds trials for
wizards who have disobeyed the law. if you are in the
wizengamot, you must be present at the trials to determine

Aurors (OPEN}The Law Enforcement Department is responsible
for the safety of the wizarding world. The two primary
departments housed here is Law Enforcement (Aurors) and
the Wizarding verion of a department of corrections--which
in this case, is the administration of Azkaban prison. The
warden of the prison falls within this department.
The aurors are law enforcement officers, assigned to the
safety of wizarding Britain, to maintain wizarding law and
order and to arrest all versions of wizarding law breakers,
which could include Death Eaters, the search for mysterious
activity, and insuring that wizarding law is enforced. To
become an auror one must successfully complete auror
training, which is quite demanding and vigorous and include
various spells and abilities that other wizards are not trained

The second largest department in the Ministry of Magic
works tirelessly day and night to ensure that our world
is kept safe and that the Statute of Secrecy is upheld.
The Department for the Regulation and Control of
Magical creatures is the governing body of Beings,
Beasts and Spirits. Our intention is to keep both
those who are human and those who aren't safe
and to be able to do this, we need you.
Head of Department -
OPEN The Head of Department is the official leader of the Department for the
Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. The Head oversees the
whole department, signs off on important legal documents concerning
the documents and makes the final decisions on proposals made by
his/her colleagues.Being Specialists -

by the Ministry of Magic. The definition of Being is "any creature that
has sufficient intelligence to understand the laws of the magical
community and to bear part of the responsibility in shaping those

observed and looked after by these specialists. Wizards, Witches,
Muggles, Goblins, Vampires, Hags, Giants, House-Elves, Veela, and
Werewolves [in their human form] all fall into this category. People in
this Department work with all of these Magical Creatures, doing things
from Werewolf-Wizard Relations to keeping an eye on Underage Magic.Beast Specialists -

by the Ministry of Magic. A Beast is a Magical Creature that does not have
sufficient intelligence to understand the laws of the Magical Community nor bear
part of the responsibility in shaping those laws and any Magical Creature that
falls into this bracket is observed and looked after by these specialists. Magical
Creatures such as transformed Werewolves, Ghouls, Dragons, Centaurs,
Merpeople, Hippogriffs, Thestrals, Dementors, Basilisks and Chimeras. Those
who work in this department work with all of these Magical Creatures, doing
jobs from improving Centaur-Human relations to working with the Werewolf
Capture Unit.Spirit Specialists -

by the Ministry of Magic. The word 'Spirit' is used to catalogue the members of
the Wizarding World that are spirit-like in state. These particular specialists will
work with Ghosts, Poltergeists, Gytrashes, Nymphs and Boggarts. Those who
work in this department do anything from welcoming Ghosts into 'the afterlife'
to regulating Nymphs and catching Boggarts.Magical Creature Healers -

only cure Magical Creatures of current ailments but they also look for
long-term solutions to illnesses that afflict all Magical Creatures. They
study DragonPox in Wizards and Witches and explore the effects the
Werewolf bite has on the Human body. They are the Magical version
of a vet but they do much more than that. They not only cure with
what they know but the they seek to cure by creating new medicines. Secretaries, Interns and Personal Assistants -

that comes through, go out in search of coffee and make sure that
whoever they are assign to are on time for everything. They truly
are an important part of the department though they are often
overlooked by nearly everyone. They are they gel that keeps the
department together and this is the best place to start if you want
