Chloe rarely does her make-up, choosing to do so only on a special occasion. Chloe is a short girl, and relatively thin. She doesn't have a lot of curvature, only a little definition in her hips.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years:
Chloe grew up in the wizarding world with her parents, who both worked for the ministry of magic. Her mother would spend weekends home schooling Chloe on basic things like spelling and grammar. She was very close to her parents, and was taught the importance of right from wrong. Only a few years before Hogwarts, she had begged her father to take her to work with him, because he had said he was going to get to work with dragons. At first he had told her no that it would be way too dangerous, but at last he caved and agreed under the condition that somebody be with her at all times. At first she had been fascinated by the creatures, until she saw one blow fire and catch one of the men who was working with it on fire. The other's were quick to put it out, and the man was fine, but the sight had frightened the little girl and from that moment on she never liked dragons. The day she got her letter she was so excited, her parents were so proud that they bought her an owl as a surprise.
Hogwarts Years:
Chloe had a relatively normal experience at Hogwarts for her first few years. She learned to love the castle and all it's many changing rooms and surprise coridoors. She had made a decent amount of friends in her own house, and was one of the few who would venture out and make friends in other houses as well. She usually got really good marks in just about every class she took, but wasn't the best in the class. She had hoped to become a prefect in her fifth year but still has hopes for the future. Durring the summer before her fifth year began, she had been at home with her parents when they had heard a noise from outside. Thinking it was the cat, Chloe's mother had gotten up to see what it was. She had only turned the corner when she called out "Get out of our house!" she screamed. It all seemed to happen so fast, her father grabbed her and threw her into the closet, speaking quickly "don't make a sound, no matter what you hear!" he then closed the door and locked it so that Chloe could'nt come out, although the girl did try as she heard things breaking. She was found later by some ministry officials who had shown up, but it was too later, her mother had been killed and her father was in St. Mungo's. Nobody really knows what happened, nor who was behind the attack.

Chloe gazed at herself in the mirror, she had a hairbrush clamped in her right hand in an attempt to make her hair lay a little more flat. The cold weather had a tendency to make it slightly frizzy, she supposed it did look a little better, not that she was attempting to impress anybody. It was the weekend, so there were no classes, and for once she was glad. Though she did love the temporary distraction from other thoughts, she found it a little more difficult to concentrate than usual, but at the same time she felt like she owed it to her parents to be the best. She allowed a sigh to escape her lips, it was too cold to go outside in her opinion, but she could hear others enjoying themselves through the window. She went to lay across her bed, gasping as something landed on her stomach a moment later. She smiled when she realized it was only her beloved cat, Taylor, she spent the next hour absentmindedly stroking the cat's head, until at last she grew hungry. Getting up, she'd give Taylor a small kiss on the head before getting up and heading to the Great Hall.
