What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. The rules say you have to start with a student, but in the wanted characters, it says you're also looking for adults for the Ministry, Aurors and factions. I was going to start with an adult Ministry character aiming at Order of the Phoenix, because it says you would like those and it's fine to start with those, but the actual rules say different. I'm so confused.

The character I had in mind (I have lots of characters all ready done in a folder); is in the Ministry and specialises in magical creatures and law, with a talent for transfiguration and a hatred of rule breaking and crime.

Aside from that, I was interested in RPing a teacher.

Can someone just clarify the confusion over the rules etc please?

Whilst I can't really explain why the rules say that, I can assure you that it's fine for your first no character to be a graduate, and if anyone opposes this (I don't think they would) then send them to me and I'll sort it out for you.
