Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Barn Owl
Owls Barn

The Barn Owl is a mostly nocturnal bird with a white, heart shaped face and dark eyes. Their under parts are feathered and white and their top parts are a golden/grey color with black markings.

When they are seen hunting in daylight, they appear low over the ground with a moth-like flight.

Barn owls eat insects, birds, frogs, and small rodents.

Eagle Owl
Owls Eagle

These birds are brown/black and tawny/buff. They have Ear tufts unlike the other owls that we have at the Emporium. Their whole under parts are filled with barring of darker feathers.

These birds will prey in flight or on the ground. They tend to eat frogs, lizards, birds, small mammals. They are also known to eat deer fawns.

Little Owl
Owls LittleOwl

The Little Owl is a very small owl, only about 8-9 inches in length. They are active during the day.

The upperparts are brown and speckled with white, the under parts are whitish with brown streaks. The eyes are yellow, with thick, whitish eyebrows.

They feed on insects, small mammals and birds.

This is probably what Ron's pet, Pigwidgeon was.

Snowy Owl
Owls Snowy

This is a large owl of about 20-27 inches. It is mostly white with some dark barrings across it's body. It has large, yellow eyes and black claws and beak.

This bird eats small mammals, fish, small marine animals and birds.

This is the breed of bird Hedwig is.

Tawny Owl
Owls Tawny

The Tawny Owl has dappled red-brown to grey brown plumage. This is perfect camouflage when they are sitting in the trees.

This is Britain's most common woodland owl.
They eat frogs, birds, and small mammals

of course this isn't all of our Owls. I will update more later, but if it is not the owl you want, then please just ask for one.
