Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The Undesirables First Meeting Empty The Undesirables First Meeting

The Forbidden Forest was scary at night. Very scary. Well, to most people. However, at least one person embraced it for what it was. Brienne. She embraced it for its deadly beauty. People around the school picked on her and her fellow "monsters", but she expected this from day one. She expected to be picked on because of her differences. As she was a werewolf, that was commonplace, without any relief. She was always depressed and into a world of hurt unlike any she'd ever been in. A world where there was no escape, only pain. That wasn't the point but it was the reason she was here today.

This, whatever it is, a club or militia, she wasn't sure. All she knew was the purpose of it. The purpose that she had. The purpose she would serve for her fellow half-breeds and non-humans. That was always something she wanted to do, help them out. She didn't know quite how to go about that, but she'd find out from suggestions she got at this meeting. This was the first of her new group, the Undesirables, and the last of the torment. She hoped. Of course there'd probably be some rats around, so she decided she'd assign a few people, as they pay attention, to prevent anyone strange from showing up. However, that was easier said than done. There were so few members.

One thing that needed to be discussed at the meeting was where they'd actually meet the graduate support so that they could help as well. Perhaps as coaches for training or for financial support. Either way, because most adults couldn't go on the property of Hogwarts, they needed to find a place outside of Hogwarts to hold meetings with the grads. Especially Daniel Joshua Cethin, who was also an Auror. He'd be able to help more than anyone else, perhaps.

She waited for people to show up, sighing.

Footsteps. She heard them. She heard the steps gathering quickly within the soil. Those footsteps she wasn't quite familiar with, though she did hear them before. She heard them, she probably knew who was behind them, but couldn't be sure without seeing whoever it was first. They approached closer, and into the clearing. She awaited the being to come closer so she'd see who it was, and she could see him. Selwyn. Part-Veela. The one that seduced Daniel and slipped away when Daniel totally melted in front of him because of his weakness to Veela charm. He probably didn't understand why Daniel was like what he was like before he'd been helped by Elijah Krum. The one that helped him in his time of need. Now Daniel was more assertive, knowing that sex did not always have to equal love.

She bowed to him, then smiled. "Looks like someone came here. However, I fear that you might be the only one that'd come. The only one to show up after all my hard work. Still nothing is more important to me than this. That we'd have a place to meet others like us, plan, and possibly train. It's too early to tell what direction this is heading in. Perhaps this may just be more than a club someday, perhaps it might become some sort of militia. I sincerely hope not, but if it has to be then we might not have a choice".
