Lily found Scorpius' answer amusing but confusing at the same time. It seemed as though he was bringing across two completely different reasons why he helped her. Not like she was complaining, she was thankful but it was still weird. She found Scorpius Malfoy intruiging in general. Like a puzzle wrapped in a mystery with a bit of cocky ass added for effect. And the whole cocky ass thing was rather alluring but overdone in use. She wondered whether Scorpius actually meant anything of which he said. She doubted it. "Sure. Either way, I suppose another thank you is in order. But yeah, thank you." Lily said after a moment of silence.
"You know, despite the fact I think your an ass, I don't think your actually all that bad. You see, despite the fact that you said you did it because the librarian was watching, no one else helped did they?" Lily commented, letting it hang in the air. She didn't particularly care if Scorpius found her to be a pain in the ass, which was why she said what came to her head. Plus the whole deal she had with herself not to tell upfront lies. If Scorpius stormed off or attempted to hex her, at least she had a story to tell Uncle Ron.
(That's alright, I know how much it sucks to lose internet for a period of time. It's like losing coffee for caffiene addicts. ^o^ )
