Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

By the Lake Empty By the Lake

Post by ScorpiusMalfoy Fri Jul 02, 2010 8:31 pm

It was one of the last days of the term, and for once the weather was fine outside. The rain of several days previous had gone, and it was now the perfect day to be outside. Thinking that he might as well spend one more day at the lake before Summer began, Scorpius stopped his packing and went upstairs to the entrance hall, then walked outside to the grounds.

There weren't many people there, most were probably inside packing, or perhaps they still had a few exams left. Scorpius was done with his. Sitting down by a tree, he stretched, then took a book out of his bag. Reading by the lake was something he did often. Even though you wouldn't exactly expect Scorpius to be the bookish type, he did read every so often.

(Sorry for taking so long!)

On those sunny days, it wasn't actually impressive that Miseria got out from the hufflepuff's common room to take a walk outside, however, she had some books with her. The same spell books what she took the last time from the library when she was there with Zakkary.
She made her way to the lake, raising her eyebrows when she saw only few students over there. Wasn't it really sunny right now? Last year girls and boys were practically wasting most of their time outside.

Then she saw somewhat familiar figure not far away from her. It wasn't really hard for her to go and talk to him, but the point was, she doupted that he even remembered her. They met first, and the last time in Hogsmeade where he just bumped into her, first blaming her, and later he was kind of friendly. After that, she hasn't seen him around.
"Hello, Scorpius," she said before she could stop herself. But it was already late to step back. She haven't changed in style, though. Only a hair and eyecolor, which was quite easy for her to do. Sighing quietly, she was actually disapointed in herself that she started talking, but oh well. The harm was already done.

Scorpius looked up as he heard someone say his name, and saw a blonde haired girl who looked rather familiar, but he could not remember who it was. He was sure he had seen her before, but could not put a name to the face. He was about to ask who it was and what they wanted, he hated strangers who came up to you and talked to you as if they knew who you were, but before he could say anything he recognized her. The hair and eyecolor had changed a lot, but he remembered the blue-haired girl he had bumped into at Hogsmeade. He hadn't liked her at first, but then warmed up to her. "Uhh - Hey Miseria," he replied, sorry smiling slightly. "I didn't recognize you at first."

She wasn't actually surprised that he didn't recognized her. Who would if they hadn't meet well.. over half of the school year, and soon will end it anyways. When he finally managed to say her name, Miseria grinned at him. "I am not surprised," she said, mostly happy with the fact that after all, someone from sltytherin remembered her. She also didn't have to ask about this death eater thing about him. She already knew that Malfoys were always the traditional ones, so no bothering anymore.
"How's going?" she asked instead, skipping the latest subject part.
