Miseria bit strongly her lip when he just protected himself from her spell. Damn him! "Impedimenta!" she shouted quickly, protecting herself from the spell. It was just unnormal to have a duel here, at the street. Thank goodness there were no living houses. Only some empty ones. "Locomotor Mortis! Liberacorpus! Incarcerous" she shouted again, casting few spells.

quickly he cast "Repello " on himself feeling the spells just bounce off him and he grinned but to his suprise he found the Levicorpus got threw and he was hung upside down "nice but not good enouph " he said then cast Liberacorpus on himself falling but landing on one knee in front of her as he too sent Incarcerous back at her.

Miseria was biting her lip again. Finally, one of her spells worked. The Death Eater was upside down in the air! She started backing off. But then she screamed in panic. Ropes came out from nowhere and tied her up. She fell down on both of her knees, unable to move anymore. Her wand fell next to her legs. Breathing hard, she tryed to broke the ropes with useless fluttering.

Chester walked over taking her wand from her then knelt next to her his face close "you have ... fight and i admire that so i am not going to kill you" he said grinning to her before picking her up and placing her over his shoulder his hand gripping her waist as he did hid singers brushing against her as he moved further down the alley away from the opening and further into the darkness , slipping he from his sholder he propped her against the wall grinning as he let his finger trace down her cheek and to her chin "by the time i'm done you'll beg to stay with me" he grinned and laughed.

Miseria scowled at him and tryed to hit him with her knees and fists when he just put her like a bag on his shoulder. This time she really felt frightened. He already proved that he was pervert in some way.
When she felt the wall against her bag, she turned her face away, trying to ignore the touch on her cheek. Then, trying to look around in the darknes, what was once again surrounding her, she saw one old bench. Not far away from them. Looking at it, she tryed to concentrate and after a little moment, the bench flew towards the Death Eater.

Chester laughed as he saw out the corner of his eye the bench fly towards him, ducking it he laughed "nice try, little miss" he said taking his bandana and covering her eyes with it so she could do him no more harm as he picked her up once more "wandless magic is good to be used against muggles and half bloods but not against those who are pure in blood " he said grinning as he took her futher down the alley. Chester aperated away and into a dark empty boarded up room with know door.

Miseria sighed quietly when her plan to hit him with the bench appeared to be useless. He was strong wizard, no doupt. But how will she escape him then? He was just blocking all the ways and not doing anything. He was just playing stupid with her! After it maybe he'll just kill her.
When they appeared again, she tryed to hit him with her tied up legs again, hoping to have some use of it. Then she looked around.
Now, thanks to this stupid bandada or whatever this was, she couldn't even see where they were. Then she just tryed to hit him again, this time even stronger.

Chester laughed as her legs hit his back, tiping he dumped her on the ground hard he moved to a corner and crouched waiting to see just what her next move would be, he was have so much fun with this one. After ten minets he stood up and walked back over to her slipping of his bandanna from her eyes and rolling her with his foot "you going to be quiet now or do i have to use the chain in the corner? " he said grinning

Miseria didn't say anything anymore. This time she really was afraid. This was the first time when she was in situation like that. And when she finally could see something, she tryed to ignore his little talk. Why wouldn't he just kill her? She didn't do anything within those ten minutes. He must be bored already!

Chester glanced at the light coming in the window and then to his watch "ok now don't you move , i have to go some where"he knelt down to look at her checking hs bindings were tight. smiling down at ehr he let his hand brush her cheek again "I'll have something real nice for you when I get back" he chuckled and stood up aperating out the room.
