Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The unknown Malfoy Empty The unknown Malfoy

Post by Godric Delk Malfoy Sun Mar 07, 2010 8:58 am

Godric had found his way to Malfoy Mannor. Durring his travles he had hoped to be forgotten by the DE, but that wasn't the case. He was returning for the simple fact that he needed to check in. Make sure there wasn't a reward on his own head to be collected.

As he approched, he relized no one realy knew his connection to the Malfoy name. Most people ddin't even know he was a Malfoy.

As he walked up the steps to the door, his mind was awash with the last time he had came here. It hadn't been who he was expecting. Instead of Lucious, the oblivious grandfather, or Draco, the unknowing father, it had been Matt Lestrange. And from that moment on, he and Matt had a heated frenimy pattern. Half the time, trying to kill each other, the other half, being on the same side. He prayed to what ever Goddess would here him, that Matt was NOT the one to answer the door this time.

Narcissa walked through the manors’ hallways, going out of her way to avoid the Death Eaters. She didn’t mind it as much when their Lord had taken up residence in the manor because at least then the man knew that the other Death Eaters weren’t welcome. Sandra had just descended upon the house. Although, it seemed as if the Death Eaters hadn’t really left in the first place. She missed her sister; at least Bellatrix would make the whole ordeal bearable. The Lestrange brothers would have helped bring a little bit of light heartedness back to the house and in the people inside. Her family were welcome at all times. These people who pretended to be far more talented than they actually were could go. She was sick of the sadists and home wreckers that stalked the halls of the manor. If it wasn’t for the repercussions she would have given the Death Eaters the boot long ago.

She walked into foyer and was half way across the marble floor when a knock on the door caught her attention. Narcissa stopped and looked at the door hesitantly; as if she were expecting it to burst open. The Death Eaters didn’t knock they just came and went as they bloody well pleased. Narcissa narrowed her eyes at the door for a few more moments before sighing. She crossed the room and put her hand on the door handle. Narcissa sighed once more before pulling the heavy door open. She looked outside and saw a familiar face. A small smirk appeared on the woman’s lips and she kept her hand on the door handle.

“Well, well, well Godric. You’re the last person I’d expect to find on my doorstep. Come in.” Narcissa stepped aside and opened the door a little wider, allowing him to come in.

"Good day M'lady" Godric said with a small nod to his grandmother. He looked around and noticed the few lingering DEs. His mood was not accomidating to there whiny little egos this day.

"Narcissa, M'Lady, why do you put up with these mindless, talentless bafoons pouluting your house's good nature?" His voice was light and impish, even though he was ready to Crucio the lot of them. Even though he was a Death eater himself, most of the ones around here were complet cannon fodder.

"Actualy M'Lady, I was just comeing here to see if there was anything you needed down from Diagon, or else where." This last part was said with an inflection that said he was in no uncertian terms asking if she needed any thing from Nockturn Ally.

Narcissa turned her head and followed his line of sight. Her eyes narrowed at the Death Eaters and they soon ran from the foyer. She wasn’t putting up with their nonsense today, she simply wasn’t in the mood and Lucius was gone again. She didn’t know if she wanted to go and visit James or not but then she’d have to come up with some reason as to why she was in the castle in the event she ran into Majere. She knew that ‘visiting her grandchildren’ just wasn’t going to fly. “Good day to you too Godric.” She said, smiling lightly.

“I’m putting up with them because Sandra won’t let them leave.” She said bitterly. “I would have thrown them out long ago but apparently they’re needed there. Merlin knows why.” She’d already burned some of the upholstery and most of the carpets in the manor. She was so close to packing up and leaving for one of the holiday homes but she couldn’t trust her son and daughter-in-law to look after the house. She had no idea where Draco was anymore and Astoria wasn’t exactly the type to remember anything that came out of Narcissa’s mouth.

She raised an eyebrow before smiling. At least someone was thinking to cater to the Mistress of the Manor. Although she didn’t need anything a bit of fresh air would do anyone a bit of good and she needed to distract herself before she Crucio-ed the lot of them. Sandra would protest no doubt but it would be no great loss as far as Narcissa was concerned. “Well, if you’re going then I shall accompany you if you wish.” She said decisively. “Oh, and do call me Narcissa. None of this M’lady nonsense. It’s horribly impersonal.”
