What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. History:

Kya is one of three children born to the Sage family. Her brother Alexander was four when she and her twin brother Tom were born. Their mother is a pureblood witch and their father a half blood. Her maternal grandparents were Slytherins and blood supremacists, but not so radical that they would join Lord Voldemort... however, that didn't stop them from severing contact with their Slytherin daughter when she married half-blood Ravenclaw, Arek Sage.
Arek's father, Kya's grandfather, was the pureblood wizard who married a muggle, and loved his grandchildren until his death at Death Eater hands when Kya was eight. Their Muggle grandmother died shortly after, and since the three siblings never met their maternal grandparents, it was like losing all of their grandparents.
Despite their pureblood relatives, the Sages aren't all that rich, but they are moderately well off and didn't miss out on much. Kya's parents are both Ministry workers, and they were always so busy that most of the time it was only Xander, Tom and her at home, wreaking havoc along with their house-elf Pepper, so the siblings have a very strong bond between them.
Like most magical children born in Britain, Kya and Tom got their acceptance letters into Hogwarts, but their parents preferred to keep their two youngest far away as possible from the war, and decided to home-school them.
However, when Kya and Tom were about to turn 17, they were able to convince their parents of letting them go to Hogwarts for at least a year so they could experience it. After much debate, here meaning heated arguments, the Sage parents caved in and the Sage twins found themselves on the way to Hogwarts for the first time.
