I'm Back.

Alexander had spent the last week in the hospital wing, confined to a bed next to Lily for part of it, as the bones in his arms were mended and the wounds from the attack slowly healed. When he was finally released, he made his way down to the Slytherin common room, still feeling weak and unwell.

He wasn't ready to face classes or be around other students just yet, so he chose a chair near the windows that overlooked the inky blackness of the lake outside. As he sat there, he watched with a sense of detachment as strange creatures darted near the window, drawn by the warm glow of the Slytherin common room. The light that filtered through the window cast a sickly green hue over the room, adding to the eerie atmosphere.

As he sat there, the boy dozed his head propped up in his hand, and elbow resting on the arm of the chair he had sat in, slouched back for comfort.

It had been a long day for sure. There had been so much going on. Anyways he walked into the common room juts to see Alexander there. The guy who had caused so much drama in his life. To be honest he wasn't really in the mood to fight him. To be honest he wasn't even worth it.

He took a deep breath and wondered if he should just leave the common room and go find somewhere else to be for now. He maybe can speak with him. He literally stood there wondering what he should do at this moment. Walk away and ignroe him or try to talk to him.

This wasn't like him at all. The guys was just scratching his neck there been in the thinking mood.

Alexander had spent most of the day dozing off or watching out the window until he heard the chatter of students filing in from their classes. With his back turned to them, he didn't have to see their faces, but their whispering kept him from falling back asleep. He let out a sigh, feeling restless as he listened to the other Slytherins, catching snippets of his name here and there from their conversations. He was getting tired of people talking about things they knew nothing about. Despite being told he was fully healed, Alexander kept his recently injured arm close to his body and used the other to push himself up from his seat. As he moved to leave, he accidentally bumped into Mason Cuffe.

Mason was so in deep his own thoughts that he hadn't noticed people walking in here now. He just sighed when Alex passed him and accidentally bumped into his shoulder. "Dude, please watch where you are going, next time," he said there to the guy. He didn't really start something with this guy again, so he tried to be nice about it. Not asshole for sure.

He hoped he wouldn't get irritated again like few others times.

Alex felt a sense of unease wash over him as he tried to shake off the grogginess that had taken over his mind. He was not in the mood for any kind of confrontation, especially not today. "Hmm, yeah," he murmured absentmindedly, not fully processing the words that Mason had just spoken, nor who was even talking to him.

As he slowly regained his bearings, he realized that he had been drifting in and out of sleep for the past week, barely conscious and surviving on the potions administered by the hospital wing staff. It would take some time before he could fully reintegrate himself into the daily routine of Hogwarts and the company of his fellow students.

"Sorry," Alex muttered apologetically, his voice still hoarse from disuse. "just woke up." He rubbed his eyes, trying to clear his head and focus on the present moment. It was going to be a slow and challenging process, but he was determined to get back to his normal self, one step at a time.

Mason looked with confusion at this guy, did he actually say sorry now. All this was new to Mason for sure. He looked at the boy and just raised his eyebrows. All this was so odd for sure. This guys acting was so much different than it used to be.

"Oh yeah, it's all good. Just try be more aware of your sorroundings," he just said to him with a weak smile. He didn't really know why he was so nice to him, after everything he had done to his sister and girlfriend.

A shiver ran down Alexander's spine as he rubbed his injured arm, still feeling the strange sensation that had left him feeling uneasy. He turned away from Mason.

"Yeah, sure," he muttered, barely registering his own words. He hesitated, looking back and forth between the entrance to the boys' dorms and the door that led out into the school. After a moment of contemplation, he let out a heavy sigh and made his way out into the hallway.

Once outside, Alexander scanned the corridor, taking note of the large group of students making their way toward the common room. He didn't feel up to socializing, not today. He weighed his options and chose the direction that led away from the crowd, hoping to find some solitude and peace. As he walked, he tried to shake off the lingering unease and focus on the task at hand.

Mason looked at Alex and then around him. This was something new. He really couldn't understand what was going on. This guy acted really strange for sure. So Mason was like should I keep an eye on him or what.

This was so confusing for her. He felt like Elle was needed for this but the girl was nowhere to be seen really. He just took a deep breath and sighed.

The boy just walked out of the common room and slowly followed Alex there in the shadows for now. Just trying to understand what the heck was going on with him now. He didn't act like him at all.

Alexander felt a sudden sense of dread wash over him as he sensed a presence behind him. The hairs on the back of his neck stood up, and a chill ran down his spine. He looked over his shoulder but saw nothing out of the ordinary. Still, he couldn't shake the feeling of being followed.

His heart rate quickened, and beads of sweat formed on his forehead as he picked up his pace. The fear from the other night came flooding back, and he felt a surge of panic rise within him. He started to jog away, his breathing becoming heavy and labored.

As he ran, Alexander frantically looked for an escape route, hoping to outrun whoever or whatever was following him. His mind raced with possibilities, but he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched. The sound of his own footsteps echoed in his ears as he turned a corner, hoping to lose his pursuer. But the feeling persisted, and he knew he couldn't stop until he found a way out.

Mason kept following the boy and to be honest what he saw happening was even more puzzling. This guy was soon running. "What the hell," he whispered there now. He still kept following.

He did pick his own speed too but stayed in the shadows stil. He had to admit he was acting very starnge even to him. He felt like he should know what was going on. He did act bit like him a few months again, start of school year. So many things were making him go crazy, all those voices around you, all those people. He looked at him and tried to connect the dots in his head.

He ended up cathcing up to him some point. He knew he might end up making things maybe worse for him. "Dude, is everything okay with you? You seem very scared and out of it really, so tell me what the heck is happening with you?" He was just for some reason trying to make sense to this.
