Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Izzie put the books she had checked out the week before on the counter and nodded to the librarian, who she was on pretty decent terms, she never turned a book in late, and the book came back in the same condition as before. "Got anything new in Herbology? I've read the poisonous plants one.. but I can't seem to find the edible ones.." She said lightly, before being handed a card with a number on it. "Thanks." She stared at the card for a moment before disappearing down an aisle, picking up a lantern on the way down, her eyes going from one shelf to the next, checking authors and titles as she went.

Finally however she got to the Herbology section and summoned a ladder over to her, glancing once more at the card, she started up the ladder and pushed along the rows until she came to the author she wanted. "Aha! Here you are." She said lightly to herself and climbed back down and over to her bag, opening the book and putting the card under the front cover.

Climbing back up the ladder, she started a less narrowed search, letting her eyes wander over titles and authors, before pulling a few off the shelf and sliding back down the ladder to her bag, and sitting down, her eyes skimming over the titles before coming to rest on the one she had been interested in. She pulled the lantern closer to her, and started to read.
