Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Don't make promises you can't keep Empty Don't make promises you can't keep

"Let me go. Now."

Kaiden shrugged his younger sister off of him and continued walking. He owed her nothing, at least nothing he remembered. She has a knack for making things up and then trying to fool him into thinking it was true. He'd stopped believing her a while ago though, and he was certain she was lying again. He didn't remember any promise he'd made her, and even if he had promised, the promise was absurd. There was just no way he would promise such a stupid thing.

"I never promised anything. Now go back to your common room and leave me alone."

He didn't like to act this way with her but it was what she deserved for always lying. He wasn't going to go easy on her like their parents did. She caused a pot of trouble for a Hufflepuff. Kaiden didn't even understand how it was possible for one of them to cause so much trouble. And his sister had been such a well behaved girl before too. Something told him that she was hanging out with bad influences.

He was her older brother, he had to help her. But on the other hand, he had a reputation to uphold. The Slytherin arse who only cared about himself. He watched the girl stomp her foot and walk off toward the Hufflepuff common room before he headed down to the Slytherin dungeon and entered the common room. He sighed and threw himself down onto the coach there. The sixteen year old rubbed his eyes and leaned back. Throwing his head back onto the top of the seat, he stared at the ceiling for a while, not knowing what to do now.

Audrey was growing weary of her roomates, who spent about 75% of their time prattling on about their adventures with the boys of almost every house. She shook her head sadly. No wonder Slytherin girls had such a, well, bad reputation, shall we say. Everyone had their stories, but she'd think some people would have the class to keep it to themselves.

She got up lazily, and sauntered over to the door, leaving and skipping down the steps. There was no way she'd spend the night listening to that. Audrey was sure there'd be something better to do in the castle. Like drowning herself in the lake, for instance. When she reached the bottom of the steps, she let a tight smile grow on her face.
"Well, look what the cat dragged in. Mr. Poliakoff. Why the sad face?" She asked teasing. Kaiden and herself had always gotten along. They shared a similiar view on things, and a similiar humor. Not to mention the fact the Pureblood families, everyone at least has a knowledge of eachother. Especially at this age.

After what had just happened with his sister, Kaiden wasn't exactly the best person to be around. He was irritable and everyone who knew him knew it wasn't the best idea to bother him when he was like that. When Audrey walked into the common room and talked to him he groaned a little.

He got along with Audrey rather well but right now he'd just be an arse to her, unless he found a way to calm himself down. That didn't seem to be happening though. He was still annoyed by what had just happened with Ciara. He didn't even have to be nice to Audrey though. Everyone, including her, knew him as the arse of Slytherin house, and he had never shown a different side to the girl.

"It's none of your business Montague." He told her in a snarky tone with an annoyed smirk. He doubted she'd leave him alone about it though, he knew how the other Slytherin was.

Audrey lifted an eyebrow and shot him a warning look. Kaiden had a reputation, but so did Audrey. Typically, they tried not to aggravate each other, but if it was an argument he was looking for, Audrey would always oblige. She kept a calm face though, and plopped onto the couch next to him.

The boy still had that annoyed smirk that Slytherins trademarked, but she overlooked it and kept her voice soft. "No, really. What's up?"
