PERSONALITY: Amelia is a young witch with a high moral system that she fallows devotedly, she’d rather get detention then go against her system of morals. But soon as her family or friends are in danger or being hurt she throws those all of her moral out the window. She is not fond of sudden change and will act out against it. She makes sure her voice is heard in a crowd and voices her option sometimes with words her mother would prefer she didn’t use. She tries to act tougher than she really is. She loves pressure; she works her best under pressure. She’s smart and she knows how to use it. She is just starting to get into parties and is falling in love with them. She is also outgoing and understanding. She likes people for the most part. She also holds a thirst for adventure close to her heart. She enjoys being in crowds and rarely will ever feel bad about herself.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: Her parents adored her when she was first born due to the fact she wasn’t like the rest of her siblings. At age one she was make her toys levitate to herself, by two she could levitate objects and by the age of three she could make her toys do tricks using magic. By the time she was four she was definitely a daddy’s girl but still adored her mother. Her father took her on a broom the first time when she was seven; of course it was just a training broom. At age eight her mother started telling her stories about her dead family members and her parents’ time at Hogwarts. At age nine her oldest brother left for Hogwarts making her feel lonely since she was closest to him. At age ten her sister left for Hogwarts which made her really excited to go to Hogwarts since she was now home with just her little brother.
Hogwarts Years: At age eleven, her first year, she was overjoyed to be put into Hufflepuff like her parents. She really had tried her best in all of her classes but Potions isn’t her strong suit. She excels at Charms and Transfiguration. She does pretty good with CoMC but doesn’t see the use in it.
Right before the start of her fifth year her parents got divorced right after she came home form a trip to Australia. The family is split apart with Edgar living on his own, Claire with Ernie and Amelia and Drew with Susan. After barely having time to adjust after that she gets in a broom accident and developed a fear of brooms. Those accidents lead into the discovery of a gift that was passed down through her mother's genes, astral projection. Soon after she woke up she found out a close friend had died. She started her fifth year of on a bad tone being in pain most of the time until it healed three weeks into the school year. She’s determined to do good on her OWLs.

Amelia had flown all the way to a lake nearly ten miles away from her parents’ house to go swimming with her siblings and was now racing against them to get home first. She knew there was no way she’d beat Edgar so she didn’t even try anything to get ahead of him but she would do risky moves to stay ahead of Claire and Drew, who weren’t as strong as Edgar. She often try a risky moves that made her mum nervous, she knew her mum means well but it is flying, it’s dangerous. She’s typically not the risky type but she loves flying.
Her father had been the one to introduce her to flying, since he had been on the Hufflepuff Quidditch team back in his days at Hogwarts. He taught her everything she knows about flying, all of her moves he gave her the basics to develop. Her mum would blame him when one of the kids got hurt because of flying but he didn’t mind since they were at least flying.
Amelia wondered how much trouble she would have gotten into if her father didn’t teach her to fly. She’d probably burned down the house a few times trying to perfect her potions skills which sucked. She most likely would have nearly lost a few limps trying to help her dad with farm work. Not to mention the fact she’d be driving them mad when she wasn’t at Hogwarts or at friends’ houses.
