Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The times when Franki was stuck in the dormitory with Amaris d'Eath were some of the few times her patience stretched to the point of near snapping. The two girls were all smiles and gossip, but there was danger in their eyes, barbs on their tongue. They had to be friends- they were purebloods, Dark Followers, and Slytherins. To hate one another was to hate oneself. So, the two had to smile and giggle and talk.

But a Malfoy could never truly care for a d'Eath. The d'Eaths had taken over their home, left them to fend for themselves. Malfoys were a disgrace, and d'Eaths were slowly but surely taking their place. Franki could only see her lost home, her family's disgrace when she looked at Amaris. So she tried not to look at her.

Franki was on her bed, painting her toenails, prattling on about how frustrating History of Magic was. She had exhausted the topic so she lapsed into silence. After awhile, she said, "I'm sure you heard, but my parents matched me up with your brother Daedalus. I hate this whole arranged marriage thing, don't you? But on the plus side, we might be sisters!" She shot Amaris a grin, deciding she would never go to any family functions if she and Daedalus were forced to marry.
