Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

It was the beginning of another school year, and soon Aria would have so much to talk about with all the stuff that normally happened in the school year. She smiled as she walked through Kings Cross Station with her three sisters as she carried her nephew and her big brother pushed her trunk and other school stuff past the crowds of people. As they reached platforms nine and ten she stopped. “Dante, Aunt Aria’s going to miss you.” She said hugging the small boy in her arms once more before hugging his mother and allowing her to take him from her. “Bye, Koleen,” She said before going to hug her oldest sister Daney, the Drea, who was the third child. The only person left to say good bye to was her big brother, the one she was closest to out of all of them. Hugging him she gave him a kiss on the cheek and whispered, “Good bye.” Taking a step away she looked at all of them tears in her eyes. “You all better write me like every day.” She said laughing at herself and wiping the tears away.
“Of course we will Ria,” Daney said, “Now go before you miss your train, we have no way of getting you to school if you do.”
“And be careful!” Jared said releasing the cart to her.
“I will,” She murmured taking the cart she pushed it towards the pillar in a fast walk almost a jog and disappeared onto Plat form nine and three quarters. Now she wouldn’t see that side of her family for a few months, and she would miss them dearly. She pushed her trunk over to where they were left to be put on the train and taking her cat Spot with her boarded the train looking for an almost empty if not empty compartment where she could sit alone and cry about missing her family without being disturbed.

It sure was a weird summer for her this year. She'd made new friends and she'd gotten to learn more about muggles, that was sorta good she thought. But what scared her was that night in the Shrieking Shack with Talon. She wasn't sure what had happened anymore, but all she remembered was the werewolf they'd seen. And her discovery of the ability she had. Telekenisis she believed it was called, and although it was a cool ability to have, she hadn't exactly been able to use it again.

But now what she was going back to Hogwarts, maybe she could ask a Professor for help on that. She was sure someone would be able to either explain it to her, or help her with controlling it, or both even. Whatever it was, she didn't mind. She just wanted to learn more about the ability's she had. When Sapphire and her parents arrived at Kings Cross Station, she nearly bolted off without waiting for her parents, to find somewhere to sit on the train.

She boarded it quickly with all her things and waved to her parents from a window. They looked a bit mad about her running off. All she did was grin widely and wave at them from the window before she stepped away and walked down the hall to find a compartment she could sit in. It was already so full, and she frowned as she saw less and less chances of being able to sit by herself. She suddenly spotted an empty compartment and she ran toward it, quickly opening the door and going inside to fix her things where they needed to go. She picked her kitten up and sat on the seat with the kitten curled up in her lap.

As Aria came to the last compartment she sighed. they all had at least two people in them and at the moment that was to many for area to handle. She looked in the door and saw a girl and her cat. "This will have to do," She said to her cat lifting up her hand to knock on the compartment door. "Do you mind if i sit here with you?" She asked, "Spot and I'll be unusually quiet though the ride." She spoke to the red headed girl who sat there with her own cat in her lap. "Every where else is pretty full." She already looked up set thanks to having to say goodbye to her family, so she hoped this girl would take pity on her and say yes, or at least just be nice.
Aria pushed her hair back out of her face and cradled spot in one arm. remembering that she had forgotten to say good bye to pixie. Oh well the dog would be preoccupied with watching over Dante. Though she's a pit bull, supposedly the meanest breed of dog known to man, Pixie is a really good dog. She acts just like the great dane in the movie Peter pan, Nana, that's what the dogs name was. Either way they both seemed like animal nannies to Aria.
