Library..........

Misty sighed as she entered the library. "I wonder if there's anyone else here, Melody," she sighed. Melody was her cat, who followed her everywhere. And let's hope I don't lose my temper, she thought. That would mean disaster. She sighed, picked out a book from the shelf on spells, sat down and began to read. "Hmm... Interesting, though I doubt I'd be able to use them , since I have no experience." She sighed again. "But if I look for basic spells, just maybe." She read some of the spells. "Hmm... levitation spell? I wonder if I'll learn that this year," she said to herself.

Kevin had finally finished a very long, dreadful day of classes. His stupid DADA professor had given him a bunch of homework he didn't understand. It read what do you get when you put a beozar.... What?!, he thought. He carelessly threw his homework down onto a table in the back of the library. It had landed all over a familiar girl who he thought to be the same age as him and was definetely in Ravenclaw. "Oh. I'm sorry," he said to her as he took the papers off of her. She looked like she was angry with him.... really angry! Kevin just stuttered not knowing what to say after that.

He stacked his papers into a neat pile and layed them down on a table. Kevin was uneasy. "Can I sit?" he said to the girl. Weather he was welcome or not, he sat down on the chair across from the girl. He read the title of the book she had out in front of her. Basic Spell Book it read. "You want me to help you pick out a book?" he asked her nicely.

"Hmm?" Misty asked, looking up. "Sure," she said with a smile. "I'm Misty. What's your name?" she asked. "I'm in Ravenclaw. I'm trying to learn about spells, you know, so that I can practise them myself in my free time. I'm making a list of them all, but I highly doubt I'll be able to half of them for at least a year," she sighed. "I just really want to learn everything I can, you know? I like it here. It's a nice place, this school. So anyway, what,s your name?"
