What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Lesson 7 - N.E.W.T. Level Empty Lesson 7 - N.E.W.T. Level

Wilson entered his classroom. It was empty, for now, but soon... his students will arrive, thinking they can do what they want, as it is with the majority of them. He had finally begun with teaching some relevant subjects, meaning he had finished with those boring and stressing introductory classes. He waved his hand, and text appeared on the board, with the usual not to copy it down. As soon as they were all present, he would start with the class.

Class! Fantastic. That was exactly where Elijah wanted to be.

Like hell he did.

Every step felt like agony to the artist who just wanted to go back to bed. After drinking a bottle of wine the night before, Elijah had planned on skipping out his first few classes of the day. A letter from his father, however, changed that.

Viktor was adamant that he either went to classes or he'd be taught at home by Hilda -- the big butch Quidditch referee that scared the living daylights out of pretty much everyone she met. Elijah had wanted Micah again but he was tied up with Fauve and Thierry. Elijah had been, quote, "troublesome enough the first time around."

Despite the aversion, Elijah entered the classroom with a smile on his face. He was dismayed to find that he was first there, though. Elijah cocked his head to the side in confusion and bit his lip, wondering idly what the bloody hell was going on. Had there been a Death Eater attack? Had everyone been kidnapped? He was never early.

"Good Morning sir..." He greeted the man absently as he picked out his seat in the middle. "Did you have a good weekend?" He asked, at a loss for what to say.

For Trowa, the morning had been rather leisurely. He'd gotten an owl that morning, bringing news of the dresses that had been sent out that weekend. They'd been received well and the recipient was due to wear the pinky one for a gala during the week. This was fantastic news for Trowa, he understandably needed a few more jobs within Gladrags. He was bored of spending his Saturdays sat behind a counter with a book. It wasn't as if he didn't love reading but he did get bored after a while; not to mention his bum got rather numb.

Today was the day, however, that Trowa had Defence Against the Dark Arts. It was the first class of the week and he was oddly looking forward to the affair. There was a light spring in his step as he walked down the corridor, weaving his way through the first years similarly to the way he sewed the hem of the trousers he was wearing the night before.

Finally, Trowa made it to the classroom. He opened the door and stepped inside, careful to close the door behind him. When he turned around, he found that there was no one in the room bar Professor Wilson and that Slytherin boy. If memory served, he was Viktor Krum's son, not that Trowa cared to remember. Still, it was a rather poor showing.

Then again, looking at his watch, he was early.

Nevertheless, Trowa drifted down the central aisle before picking a seat near the front. He took his bag off of his shoulder and put it underneath his desk before turning and greeting the Professor.

"Good Morning, sir."

And, with that said, Trowa took his seat.

Lesson 7 - N.E.W.T. Level Empty Re: Lesson 7 - N.E.W.T. Level

It was about time, Ariel decided, for him to go to class. He'd been quite content reading the paper, learning about the newest disturbances within the werewolf community. It seemed as if his father had been on the prowl again with a number of packs. He didn't know what they were after. He made a mental note to ask next Full Moon.

Ariel's breakfast had been simple enough. It was certainly enough to fill him. He wasn't going to make himself bloated with food. That was undignified. Still, he wanted enough to last him until lunch and he ensured he consumed that amount. He was also careful to pack away a few pieces of fruit for between classes if he got a bit peckish. He had the munchies. He didn't know what it was all about but he had been constantly hungry lately.

Perhaps he was just bored.

Class would prove to be a decent enough distraction though wouldn't it? Well, Ariel certainly hoped so.

Getting up, the werewolf rather swiftly left the Great Hall and made his way up the staircases towards the Defence classroom. He took a cutting left and strode down the corridor that would take him to the classroom. Ariel found himself outside without problem. First Years littered the hallways and it would have been a hell of a lot easier to trample them if they would just stay still.

In that area, Ariel's luck had run out.

Still, he had a whole class waiting for his entrance. Right?

Actually no, wrong.

When Ariel opened the door, a grand total of two students were there. Krum and that Ravenclaw that did nought but sew and wander around with bits of fabric and needles between his teeth. Strange boy. Actually, strange boys. Plural.

Ariel took his seat, a scowl on his mouth. Idly, he wondered whether Jack would be in lesson. She'd most definitely brighten his day, even just a little bit.

Imagine this.

The alarm clock hadn't gone off. When Rafael had woken up, his dorm-mates were no where to be found and the hot water was used up. As a result he had to take a cold shower, ran out of time to dry off so had sopping wet hair and barely had time to wolf down his breakfast.

It's a horror story isn't it?

Well for Rafael, it was this morning's reality.

At present, the Gryffindor found himself outside of the DADA classroom. His wand was out and he was pointing it against his hair, drying each clump as well as possible. He couldn't allow himself to go into that classroom looking like a wet dog. The Greyback boy would have a field day.

When his hair was dry, Rafael pocked his wand and opened the door. What he found wasn't what he'd been expecting. There were no girls -- just guys. There was a Ravenclaw and two Slytherins. Elijah and Ariel. That was...incredibly strange. Rafael was at a loss but in an effort to stop looking like an idiot, he hurriedly took his seat, mumbling,

"Good Morning, Sir," to his Professor.

''You're actually on time Krum, I am amazed'', Wilson said without looking at him, examining some papers. He then raised his head, looked at the new boy in his Ravenclaw robes and nodded. ''Morning'', he said briefly. ''You amaze me constantly Krum... how's that serpent of yours that I played with last term? And, yes, I had a good weekend, thank you. And you?'', Wilson asked. ''Morning, lad'', Wilson said.

Post by Natasha Elisabeth Grey Mon Apr 04, 2011 11:05 pm

Morning post. That was the only thing Natasha wanted to say. Her parents must of had gone mad. They wanted to spend their summer holiday in India. India for god sake. Sure it may have some interesting history... but India?

So that ruined her breakfast. Or the beginning of it. Then Natasha poured coffee all over her robes so she had to go and change. Amazing morning...

So already in kind of bad mood Natasha made her way to DADA class. She was already late so she didn´t try walking all too fast.

Natasha walked in, about five minutes late to find just a couple of people in the room including the teacher. Sorry, I had a little coffee accident and had to go and change... Natasha smiled and walked over to a table in the middle of the room, flopping down on the chair.

Yumi walked through the halls on her way to DADA. She was lagging, not something that would usually happen to her. She hadn't been sleeping well, the past couple of nights. Her mind had been on her parents and on her "adoptive" father. She sighed as she came upon the class room.

She walked into and saw not many people were there. She had thought she was late, was she wrong? She shrugged and began to walk toward a table in the middle of the room. "Hello Professor." she said, smiling as she walked past him. She saw someone was already at the table and began to turn towards a different one. But she saw who it was and she sat down next to her.

"Hey, Natasha." she said sighing. It was noticeable that she had not slept well, her eyes seemed like they were going to close at any minute. She put her arm on the table and rested her head on her arm.

Lesson 7 - N.E.W.T. Level Empty Re: Lesson 7 - N.E.W.T. Level

Post by Miseria Lupin Tue Apr 05, 2011 7:49 am

Miseria lived like every day was her last day of life.
Unlike her housemates, she got up from bed with a wide smile on her face. It was another day of school, not another day of slave work. She had a quick shower, and even enough time to dry her hair. Only after her breakfast she slowed up a bit. With slow and sleepy student row moving infront of her, she wasn't even able to push some of them out of the way. Then she just sighed, and accepted her faith. She wasn't afraid of being late. Wilson would probably just tell her to sit down somewhere, and be quiet or he'd take some points from Hufflepuff.

She entered the classroom, surprised to see so many people there. Then she looked at Wilson, and bowed her head before him. “Hello, professor Wilson,“ she greeted him in a silky voice. Then she moved to her seat in the last row and took a seat over there.
