Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Yumi walked around Hogsmeade, bored as usual, looking for something to do. She had homework she needed to do but she didn't care enough to do it. She looked around with a bored expression on her face. The streets were crowded as usual, with people she didn't know. While she was walking she didn't pay attention to where she was going and a younger boy bumped into her. She was able to stay standing but the boy plumeted to the ground.

"Look where you are going next time!" she yelled at him, knowing it was her fault for not looking where she was going. "Now, run along before i get mad." she told him, smirking.

"I...I'm sorry" he said, getting up. He ran away from her, thinking she would actually harm him. She laughed and continued walking. To her scaring kids was a usual thing, but she never really did anything to harm them.

Dexter was walking through the streets of Hogsmeade, thinking he could head to the Apothecary and maybe the book store. As he walked, he fiddled with a wooden block puzzle he had designed himself, slipping in sliding different stumps of smoothed wood to try and form a cub. He was not paying attention which should have been his first indication of trouble.

Dexter did not like facing his peers but when walking and especially in a crowded street where you were walking against the flow... you sort of had to. Suddenly, he was crashing into some, a girl, and he rebounded, his wooden block falling to pieces. He gathered the pieces with a quick spell and mumbled a sorry to the girl, preparing to hurry on.

Yumi turned around and looked at yet another boy, who had bumped into her. She was beginning to get annoyed. The streets were crowded, she knew this, but that's why people should watch where they're going she thought, her eyes narrowing.

"Geez, what is with everyone today! That's twice today i got bumped into! Watch where you are going!" she said raising her voice at him. By the looks of it he was older than her. But she she didn't care, he seemed like the kind to get bullied often, so she knew it would be easy to push him around.

This was a perfect opportunity to have some fun. He seemed like like a dorky type, perfect prey, but he might be able to help her, to maybe tutor her. But the problem was how would she find out. Asking would be too easy and she never liked making things easy. No, she would have to find a different way to find out. She saw he was beginning to move on and she decided to follow him. Hoping she would maybe learn something, that would interest her, even in the least.
