It's Time

Rebecca was wandering throughout Diagon Alley, wondering what to do next. She had already been shopping the whole day for little trinkets and outfits, but she went to pretty much every store in the area already, leaving nothing to do for the time being. Becca was beginning to get hungry, but the line to her favorite restaurant was out the door and around the corner, so she took a seat on a bench by the front door, waiting for the line to die down.

Becca was starting to get depressed that school was coming up, though it was her final year, but she didn't want to attend classes after such an amazing summer; not to mention the gross dormitories. Plus, there weren't many good looking boys in the school, since she had been there for so long, she still saw most of the boys as "awkward" like they were when they were in their first year. She hoped that the Durmstrang boys would be handsome, she was sure they would be; German boys were usually extremely good-looking.

Rebecca was beginning to get restless, as the dusk began to slowly fade in to a milky twilight. She hoped something- or someone- would come around to distract her.

Godric had stopped by Diagon hopping to see some familier faces, but fate wasn't feeling his plans this day.

He spotted a girl about his own age sitting by herself. That would not do at all. Godric manuvered himself over to the bench and sat, his smile bleeding his limited Veela power.

"And what, prey tell, is a lovely girl like you doing by you're self on a day like this?" He asked, his German accent thick. He put the few bags he had obtained down and looked around.

"Let me guess. Waiting for you're boyfriend?" He was only teasing, but asking wouldn't hurt.

The line was beginning to get shorter, but, by now, Becca didn't want to get up from her spot. She secretly enjoyed watching all of the families walk by her, all with extremely happy expressions on their faces. It made her wish that her family was like that, her family's wealth had tore their relationship apart, now they barely spoke to one another- only on rare occasions did Becca's parents ask about her day or ask how she was feeling. She felt a flash of guilt spread through her body, but it completely evaporated when she saw- and head- a teenage couple arguing. She couldn't tell what they were fighting about, but it made her glad that she wasn't currently involved with a man. Scoping was great, and very fun, but a relationship could get much too stressful, and usually only ends in a broken heart.

Becca awoke from her daze when she felt another form take the vacant spot next to her. She smiled as she heard a deep male voice with a thick German accent. She turned her head to the man and smiled even wider; he was gorgeous. His arms were enveloped with thick muscles, and his head covered in sandy hair. Tan-coloured skin tightly wrapped around his entire form, this made Becca shiver, as tan skin was always a strange fetish for the girl. She cleared her throat and batted her eyelashes, hoping to draw attention away from her cheeks, which were now dusted in pink. "Well, I'm not exactly alone anymore" Becca giggled, biting her lip. "Boyfriend? No, I'm waiting for the line to get shorter to the restaurant" She said, ignoring her stomach rumbling as she mentioned food. "But, it doesn't seem like it's getting any shorter," she lied, "so I suppose I'll be here for a while" She said, looking up at the sky, which was now a medium shade of blue and yellow mixed together.

Godric smiled as the girl flushed. He seemed to have this effect on people, even with out using his veela powers. He smiled even more broadly when he heard that she didn't have a boy friend. That meant no one to get pissed off about his friendly flirting.

He looked to see which reasturant she was talking about and smiled. He knew that he could walk in with out waiting in line. He stood and smiled impishly.

His tennor voice was mischivious at best as he spoke. I think I can get you in with out waiting.

He stood and smiled down at her, offering his hand like a gentleman.

No lady should ever be with out a proper escort. His smile was dangerous, and inviting.

Becca was glad she had decided to go out that night, she could tell everything was going to be great. And when the boy smiled wider, her face became hotter. She never usually got worked up over a guy, but he seemed different, better than any other she had seen. He was smooth and flirtatious, and had an incredible amount of sex appeal. She would definitely have to get to know him better.

His voice was deep, with more sensuality than before, but also with a hint of mischief . "Oh, can you now?" She asked in a teasing voice, "and how can you do that?" She asked, taking his hand and getting to her feet. "By the way, my name is Rebecca, or Becca, it doesn't matter which" She chuckled a bit. "Have you graduated yet? You look maybe seventeen or eighteen, I'm seventeen"

Godric smiled impishly. His boyish good looks going to good use. I can, and I will. He said as he started to walk over to the restaurant. He came up to one of the people standing at the door telling people that there would be a wait.

Godric Delk Malfoy and company. he said in a light tone. The man looked over, and his eyes nearly popped out of his head. He rushed to get one of the managers. Moments later a couple came walking out cursing and yelling about not finishing there food.

I'm sorry, truly. You're next meal will be on the house, but you have been here well over an hour and we have a forgin dignitary waiting with his date.

Godric wasn't about to tell them that the girl was some one he just met, but smiled evilly as the Manager himself took them in.

He pulled out the Rebecca's seat for her, and answered her earlier stated question as he waited for her to sit.

Actually, I'm only seventeen. I graduated a Year early. I was at Hoggwarts for about half a year, then went back to Durmstrang after some family matters came up.

Upon entering the restaurant, Becca must have had to push at least four people out of the way; the place was packed, and she couldn't understand why. It was such a nice day outside, if she had the choice, she probably would have sat outside and ate. Once they first got in, it smelt greatly of sweat, it was fairly warm in the joint, especially with everyone talking at once. But the odor quickly faded and was replaced with the scent of freshly baked bread. The man at the front seemed stressed out, but once her "escort" appeared in his view, he seemed surprised.

Malfoy; his last name was Malfoy. Was he related to Suzannah? Would her best friend be upset with Becca if she found out she was flirting with her relative? She hoped Godric wasn't a long-lost brother or anything of the sort, that would just make things complicated. "Malfoy?" She said as the man walked away to get the manager, "Are you related to Suzannah?" She asked.

Becca thanked Godric and sat in the seat that he pulled out for her. "Really?" Even better "Durmstrang, interesting. I always loved German boys" She winked, laughing a bit.

Godric sat down and smiled at the questions. He decided to play it safe for now.

Well my father's name is Malfoy, but my mother's name is Whittle. As in the late German Minister of Magic's sister. He looked up from the menu when she started asking about his schooling.

Yes, I did transfer to Hoggwarts for a short time, but it wasn't on my level. I needed more of a military atmosphere. I don't do well with posh little Gryphondorks running around.

As for Suzzanah. Yes she and I are related. He said with a wink. He wasn't going to tell her exactly how they were related. It wasn't important at the time.

There waiter approched them timidly, asking for there drink orders.

I'll take the sweetest wine you have. he said with mild amusement.

Becca smiled sweetly as Godric seemed to be of high importance to German society. He had that look about him, and perhaps that was why the waiter had given him such an awestruck look. "Oh, I understand the Gryffindor part" She said, the Gryffindors were always annoying to her, because they always had such a negative outlook towards the Slytherins. They weren't that bad, they were simply rejected, so they often stuck together. Becca dropped the Suzannah subject and picked up the menu that she almost memorized.

Becca glanced at Godric with a grin, if she wanted a better night, she would have to get vodka or firewhiskey, but that was out of the question. She assumed that the wine was for the two of them, so she nodded sweetly to the waiter, signaling that she would have the same. "So, tell me about yourself, you seem to be an incredibly interesting person" She began flirting again.

Well there's really not much to tell. Me and my cousin Christy grew up like royalty, and still get treated like it. I've travled the world in the last year, and found my way back home again. Other then that, the only thing I have going for me really is that I can come up with just about any potion that you might need, and never even check a book. He really didn't want to give to much of his life away just yet. After all he had just met this girl today.

You might know some of my other friends from Hogwarts though. Elijah Krum, and Zack Uhrly to name only a select few. I think my friend Sophia graduated already.

Then it was time to ask her the biggest question you could ask a Hoggwarts student.
