A reunion between two enemies

Andrew sat in the Three Broomsticks, his mind filled with thoughts of his lover Chase. He would have used the word girlfriend instead, but he had recently broke up with her to protect her from Andrew's enemies. Something that they both couldn't avoid. It would happen at some point and if they didn't prepare for it, they would suffer the consequences. He didn't want his fate to be spread to chase, he loved her too much. So he decided to stay away from her...for her own benefit.

Andrew had decided to sneak out of the beginning ceremony just as it began and managed to sneak out into Hogsmeade, not even caring the fact that he would get into huge trouble. He was the leader of P.A., what would he care? The teachers were probably more concerend about the demons anyway, why would they care about some 6th year misfit? So he sat there in the nearly empty pub drinking his butterbeer slowly. Thoughts of Chase Moor began to pop into his head whenever he drank it, only deepening the wound even further.

Andrew set his mug on the table, feeling like he wanted to tear his hair out. He needed something to get his mind off her, anything! He couldn't stop thinking about the first time he had met her where he sat, the very first day when she had asked him why Honeydukes was closed. He felt like he could just smash his head on the table and break his skull to stop all the thoughts and emotions from showing themselves, but he wanted to see her again! It was a dangerous cycle indeed. In the end, he swiped his mug of the table, hearing the glass shatter on the floor near him. "Fu*k!" he swore silently to himself.

the snake Ne'Os inhabited was coiled in front of the fireplace his new companion sat in a chair leaned back against the mantel of the fireplace fast asleep. Ne'Os felt the glass smash against the floor. He slowly uncoiled and used his tung to smell the air. He spoke in his unsettling sounding snake language to his companion. He slowly nodded and made no move to get up he simple went back to sleep knowing he would be needed later. The snake then slithered along the floor and then up the leg of the table he positioned himself in front of Andrew. The snake was a green and was coiled tightly in front of Andrew but in a position it could strike if it wanted or needed to. It watched him curiously waiting for his move.

Andrew wiped his hand over his face, feeling the sweat of stress invading his head. He wiped the water of his head, and used his pants to dry off the sweat. He didn't care at that point. He still felt as if his heart had been plunged into- but then he heard it. A slight hissing sound. Andrew moved his head up slowly, seeing a large snake right in front of him. HE moved his hands down into his pockets, slipping his hands on his two gauntlets. Legend had it that Merlin himself had once used a pair of gloves like these. Moving his hands slowly up, the silver gauntlets glinting lightly, he held them up to his head, his palm aiming towards the snake. He backed up slowly, the chair making a screeching noise as he backed up.

He stood back up, feeling like something had just invaded his personal bubble. And right now, he was pissed and didn't want anyone dsitburbing him. And that included snakes. "Get the hell away from me," he said, as if thinking the snake would understnd him. After a moment of silence, he began to chuckle lightly and let his hands fall down to his sides. Look at me, he thought to himself thinking a stupid snake will just turn into a human right before my eyes...I really should be getting back to Hogwarts. He shook his head again, his face still spread in a slight smile.

Ne'Os looked back at the man sleeping in the chair and then back at Andrew as the man slowly stood looking tired. He walked over to the snake and held out his arm. Ne'Os slithered up it and finally rested on his shoulder. "Sorry for the scare must have dozed off" said the man he looked at the silver gloves and his eyes went blank a second as he listened to the instructions the snake was sending him. His eyes then took a more hateful look to them. "So Andrew long time no see" said the man his voice sounding different it sounded cold but as if it once spoke words of love, Ne'Os wondered if Andrew would recognize it.

Andrew began to place his gauntlets into his pockets, but stopped after one gauntlet as the sleeping man looked at him. "Oh it's quite alright," he replied, a friendly smile on his face "although you should keep a close eye on that thing, it scared the crap outta me." He was about to put his other gauntlet away when he felt a sharp pain run through his body. His eyes turned from their sudden liveliness to pure darkness and hatred...even his hair seemed to have changed with his mood. He stood motionless as he listened to the possessed person speak. It was the man that he had hunted for so long...the man that had ruined his life.

Ne'Os Emof.

"Fu*ck you Ne'Os!" he said in a sudden rage, putting his other gauntlet back onto his hand "Fu*k you! You ruined my life you bas*ard! I'm glad Matt was able to destroy that thing you call a body, yet he didn't destroy the b*stardized you call a SOUL!" He wanted more than ever to just fire an Avada Kerdavra at the snake, to 'kill' Ne'Os while he possesed the animal. But it was A.) an illegal spell and B.) was the good guy. He wouldn't resort to dark magic. "Do you have ANY idea what you have done to me?! ANY IDEA?! I realize now why Samantha is going to get engaged to Justin, as she couldn't deal with YOU!" That last part he had no idea about, but he had heard about Samantha proposing to Justin Finch-Fletchy. It was rather surprising.

The snake hissed lowly as he heard Samantha was thinking she would marry someone else "I dont really care about your life Andrew its just one in a few billion of lives. Take this death eater for example. I could kill him with a single bite and i would feel nothing for it. But just like him i need you to live for now that it. Your fun to mess with you will at least keep me entertained for a few more years until you meet a tragic death by my hand of course" he said. The death eater had slowly drawn his wand just encase he needed it. He hoped he didnt of course.

Andrew needed a way to keep this from getting out of control. He only know a couple of protection spells and offensive spells, yet at that point, he didn't feel like he could take on another death Eater. He still had nightmares about the Battle for Grimmauld Place...and it was even worse since they had lost it. Andrew gritted his teeth as he stared at Ne'Os the snake. The souless person just had to go and say it, didn't he? Andrew felt his anger spike, his emotions starting to run in a flourish. Ne'Os just had to toy with him, didn't he?

"Ne'Os," he said, a wicked grin spreading on his face "you like toying with others? How about your past huh? Did anyone like toying with you? Make you feel lower than dirt? Well that hasn't happened with me, I just get more pissed." He kept both his palms aimed at the man that was being used as a puppet, feeling more than determined to harm that person if need be. He wasn't afraid to call himself a murderer, he had done it before. "And the 'tragic hand' won't be happening any time soon. Matt already showed you up and we BOTH know you will have to find another body. It's just a matter of time before I rip the skin off your alternate body's face and throw it to the dogs!"

"Andrew you talk big but we both know on the inside your a little child crying in the corner, But its touching you think I was emotionally abused to my position. No i have been a killer since i was three years old. So tell me when you threw Nerrisa aside like a used towel did you run to Chase. Are you two still together or did you throw her away to?" he asked knowing this would probably strike a cord with him. "Maybe i should go pay Chase a visit in the middle of the night and bite her. my friend here would leave a note saying you were responsible. She would die thinking you arranged her death. how nice would that be."

Andrew felt himself use his occulemsny powers, forcing away any predators to his thoughts. Great, he already found out about Chase, the person he had broken up with to protect. Now Ne'Os knew exactly who she was but didn't know where she was at. He woulsdn't say where just in case he was still reading his thoughts, but Andrew had been practicing his Occulemnsy since his 5th year. "Ne'Os you're always going to be the same," he snarled towards him, feeling sick at his suggestions "you always have to fight dirty becasue you know you're gonna lose." Andrew spread his arms out, challenging Ne'Os through body language "I'm here right now Ne'Os, if you have the huevos, I suggest you fight. The only thing you have left is your self respect! Or is that already gone?"

Now 2 people were on his mind, Nerissa and Chase. Sure, he had broken up with Nerissa but he was still friends with her. More out of touch,but still friends. He still felt a little nervous about how much Ne'Os knew about the 2, yet was more concerned about what he had read in his mind before. He should have expected it to happen, but he realized that he should've seen it coming. "But yeah," he said, a small smile on his face "I tossed Chase aside, she wasn't good enough for me. It was all just a clever ruse to be truthful. I only wanted her wealth. Did I mention she was a model and TV actress?" Sure it felt horrible to speak of Chase in a way, but he knew that if he sounded like he didn't care, Ne'Os would believe him.

The snake flicked its tung out tasting the air The death eater blinked and clutched his head "I hate when he does that" he muttered he felt the snake on his shoulder coil tightly he looked over just in time to see it jump at Andrew its fangs bared. The death eater backed away knowing if by some fluke Ne'Os flew at him the poison would lead to a slow painful death untreated.
