General Appearance: Sterling is a Greek and Norwegian descended Bostonian, as of his parents' generation. His father is Norwegian with a dash of Slovenian. His mom is Greek with a touch of Albanian. As a result, he has grey eyes, black hair, and olive skin. He has the common square jaw of the Scandinavians, and has filled out muscularly over the last year (in which he studied abroad, away from Hogwarts in Finland.) Before he was short and frail. He is now not particularly muscular, but not nearly as hopeless as he was before.

Skills: Charms, Potions, and Transfiguration, and defensive magic.
Weaknesses: Divination, offensive magic, and girls.
Likes: Studies, sunny days, and sailing.
Dislikes:Foul smells, being forced into social situations, and being confronted.

General Personality: Sterling has been tossed around for most of his life. He therefore doesn't attach well to people and often remains aloof unless approached (which he hates). He likes dark corners of the library where he can pore undisturbed over books for hours at a time.

H I S T O R Y
Family Information: As listed before, his mother is Greek and his father Norwegian. He has one sister who is a first year in Boston. He is extremely protective of her, and protecting her would be his only justification for murder. He has no uncles, nor aunts. All his grandparents are Muggles, and he doesn't maintain contact.
Childhood: Until the age of eleven, he lived in San Diego, California where he spent of most of his time sailing. He became extremely accustomed to the salty sea air, and identifies with is strongly still. He was relatively well nurtured by his parents, but they didn't take particular interest in him as they were still quite interested in their own adventures. Due to this treatment, he learned to stay relatively introverted.
Hogwarts: Sterling spent year four at Hogwarts after his first three years in Boston. During his fourth year, he fared excellently in his study and 'came out of his shell', only to be mortally wounded, almost turned to the dark side, hurt emotionally by everyone he allowed close to him, and decided that being outgoing wasn't a good idea. He spent a year in Finland to get over it, and is now returning to Hogwarts for his last year of schooling. He intends to then travel to Kyrgyzstan to receive secondary education.
