N.E.W.T. Class - Lesson 8

Wilson entered his new office. Wasn't that strange. He always thought that he would have that lovely and comfy classroom he had before. This new classroom was a nice change. He wrote today's title on the board and his usual note Copy the text from the board!. He sat down and waited for the students to arrive.

''Good morning, professor.'', Arthur said entering the class. He took his usual seat in the front row and copied the notes the professor had put on the board.

Alester slipped in closely following the Gryffindor boy, whose name he still didn't know, and took his usual seat. Upon reading the instructions he took out quill and parchment and began to copy the text thoroughly. A grin formed on his features as he read through the lesson's notes. Healing was probably the one thing he was best at. He hated potions, deplored them, yet he could concoct healing elixors with little difficulty, and healing charms were just as natural to him as breathing. He felt it had to do with core power, he was a healer type if he had to guess by his performances in various areas. This thought had always amused him, because he was the type to revel in destruction and carnage, not so much healing; yet it was a fact that had served him well in some very tight places in his lifetime. So as his quill flew over the parchment a smile formed on his lips, confident and ready for the lesson to begin.

He sat up moving his hair out of his face with a practiced, swift flick of his head. His eyes gleamed with sliver light as he waited for the remainder of his classmates to arrive and the instruction to commence.

Godric entered the room with a dark anticipation. He was wondering if he was going to get thrown out this time too, but he made sure no one could tell. He even kept his Occlumence up so the teacher wouldn't try to pick his brain. As he sat down he started taking notes from the board, his face with out expression. He didn't even look at the professor, simply for the fact that he knew they would get into it... again.

Sophia walked into the classroom and said with a warm smile to Professor Wilson. "Good morning Professor, I hope your well."said Sophia softly as she took her normal seat and got her things out for class. As she set them neatly on her desk she put her bookbag under her feet and started coping the notes from the board. Looking up every now and then to see where she was at she copied them in her neat elegant writing. As she gotten finished writing her notes waited patiently for the rest of her fellow classmates to join them. Sophia knew it was still break and they had a few minutes left but Sophia used her break time to get to her classes early.

Mariana dragged her feet along boredly playing with her long red hair through the halls as she was walking towards Wilson's classroom. Just another day. "Morning Professor.." she muttered sitting at a chair between Sophia and Arthur taking out her piece of parchment, ink and quil writing notes down quickly and leaned back in her chair looking at the board like she was going to slice it.

Julia walked into the DADA classroom, yawning loudly before she entered. "Good Morning Professor" She smiled and waved to Professor Wilson. She looked around the room to look for a good seat, and noticed Alester, the boy she was talking to in the Boys' Dormitory. She took a seat next to him and took her parchment and quill out, beginning to copy the board as the professor instructed. "Morning Alester" She smiled to him.

Alester looked up to see who had greeted him, it was the girl who had invaded the boy's dorms earlier, Julia. He gave a half grin and returned the greeting Hey. He looked around and noticed other students he also recognised the unnamed guy from the Dorms who had been interested in the tarot cards, and had respected them greatly; which did not go unnoticed. The other two girls he had in several classes and he now knew their names, Sophi and Mariana. All in all he was beginning to know people which was probably a good thing, although he wasn't terribly sociable. He returned his attention to his notes which were surprisingly legible, ready to begin the class unless somethign else distracted his attention.

Belle walked in since she had been in a hurry to get to class on time, Andrian had been home for once and they had enjoyed breakfast together before they both had to run off. Being married to a Healer while being a student left very little time for them to ever see each other and it was starting to strain things a bit.

Her hair was piled high in a mass of raven curls on her head with a few stray pieces to curl about her face. As she had been in a hurry her robes were open to reveal her white button up shirt was not full done leaving a bit of cleavage to be shone and instead of the normal school skirt she had on a black mini bondage one with her typical knee-high buckle boots complete with a six inch heel. Her emerald eyes were lined with her usual thick black liner making them stand out a bit. Around her neck was the locket Andrian had given her long since put on a piece of black velvet and made into a choker.

She winked at Godric in a sign to stay happy it would be over soon and smiled at Mari before moving and sitting down next to Julia. "Hello love, I hope 'tis all right if I sit here?" She saw the boy whom she had not yet met but reconized him from some of her other classes. "Why hello, I'm Belle but you can call me Bell everyone does."

''G.I. Joe... you seem to have appeared on this class. After your arrogant relative, you come as a replacement. Fine with me.'', Wilson said to Godric. He turned to Julia. ''Miss Traverse, lovely to see you, as always. It seems that Diamond somehow got my advice to take up less of your time. Especially in bathrooms, don't you think?'', he asked with a polite smile. This was meant as a harmless joke, not some pejorative comment, which he knew, Julia would understand. ''Good day to the rest of you. Today's topic is Healing Spells. You know what they do... so. one example with the description of how it heals.'', he asked.
