Hogsmeade Weekend ((Nicholas, Open?))

Ruby walked around Hogsmeade, bored out of her pants. She had already visited all the shops, twice, and even bought some stuff, but now she had nothing to do and didn't want to go back to school since most of the pupils were out here anyway. And the weather was pretty cloudy, so that was another reason to stay outside. She didn't usually go out in the sun, it reminded her of her mum too much.
Ruby sat down on a bench and leaned back, closing her eyes and imagining herself back in America. England was pretty boring. Though a couple of friends would make life MUCH more interesting. But she didn't have any yet. Oh what joy. She frowned a little and sighed, sitting up. Maybe she had better go back to school after all. There was nothing left to do here anyway.

Nicholas was bored in hogsmeade. He didnt have money, he spend it all. He saw one girl that he saw before at charms class. He wanted to meet her better. He just went in front of her and said: "Hi, I'm Nicolas Lestrange, but you can call me Nick".

Ruby was surprised when someone came up infront of her, and nearly jumped but stopped herself just in time. Instead, she looked up to see who it was. Recognising the boy from her charms class, she smiled warmly and said 'Hey Nick. I'm Ruby Donagher, but you can call me Ruby.' She still felt weird saying her name. Everytime she introduced herself she felt like a new person. She still wasn't used to her surname, having only changed it at the beginning of this year.

"Nice to meet ya" he said. " Do you want to go somewhere in hogsmeade to talk? You chose".

Ruby put a finger to her lips in thought. 'Hmmm. How about that place.... What was it called again?....Oh, yes! The Three Broomsticks.' She had seen the bar while walking around and there were a few students inside so she figured it would be okay if they went there.
She began walking up to it, and went a few steps before stopping to look back. 'You coming?' She asked Nick, waiting to see if her followed.

"Yeah, Yeah I'm coming he said" . I went there with a girl. He didnt know what to say to her but he knew it will be fun.

Ruby smiled and walked into the bar. She sat down at a table and started talking. 'So what house are you in?'

"I am in Slytherin, and you are in?" he asked her quickly. He was afraid of her reaction about his house.

Ruby smiled and said 'I'm in Gryffindor. But I'm not a Slytherin hater or anything.' She said the last bit quickly, not wanting him to think she didn't want to be his friends because of his house. She didn't mind what houses people were in, it's their personality that counts.

"Thats nice, I dont hate gryffindor, but I hate gryffindors who hate slytherins, I dont care about house, I know you know what I'm talking about". He was happy because of her answer, he will have gryffindor friend. He always wanted to know how gryffindors live their life because he didnt have one as friend.
