Twilight Time

Chase
groaned. It was another day that she had to go without Sterling. He was
probably up in the library or something. And here she was. Her friends
were surrounding her all chatting about nothing. She was laying on the
ground not talking. She was like this usually when exams got closer so
they didn't say anything about it. Looking around at her friends they
were all deciding to head up to the castle. "I'll catch you guys in a
bit."She said smiling at them. "I think I'm gonna watch the moon come
up."She said smiling. They all nodded and walked off waving.

Chase
sat by herself her knees pulled to her chest staring at the water.
Today she was wearing short shorts with a red tanktop. She stared at
the water silently. It was to much to bear. He was up there all by
himself, but she had to stay away from him tonight, she had to sleep
sometime. She didn't want a repeat of yesterday where they both woke up
at noon. She sighed and closed her eyes pressing her forehead to her
knees. The sun was slowly sinking behind the trees and she looked up.
The moon had risen beautifully at that exact moment so she watched as
the huge full moon came up over the trees.

After waiting for it
to get completely up the sun had gone down and she was sitting in the
dark, the grounds only lit by the huge moon. Sighing she brushed off
her shorts and turned around to head inside. She shivered slightly and
crossed her arms over her chest as she headed up to the castl

Chase froze when a girl suddenly landed in front
of her. "Erm...hi."She said watching her circle her. "I was..erm..just
heading inside."She said taking a step but suddenly the girl had her
wand out. "Hey!"She said holding up her hands. "I didn't do
anything!"She said quivering. What had she done? She had just started
up the lawn to go back inside! She didn't know what else she could have
done! Anything! She whimpered slightly her hands in the air her eyes on
that wand. "I'm sorry!"She said immediatly.

Chase froze her eyes on the girl. "What did I
do?" She whimpered her hands still in the air. "I just want to go back
up to the castle."She pleaded. She was tempted to grab out her own wand
but the other girl already had hers out. It would be a feeble attempt.
She glanced down at her pocket, where the tip of her wand was sticking
out. "I don't know what I did, please just let me go up to the
castle."She whimpered staring at the girl terror in her eyes. The
unforgivables had her scared silly. The was so scared she was almost
crying.

Chase shivered immediately the second her wand
was gone she felt defenseless. She should never have looked down at it!
This was all going by to quickly! She didn't know what to think. Then
the wand was being pointed at her chest. "Chastity Moor."She whispered.
"Pureblooded, I live outside of London."She said holding up her chin.
Well she had said not to show her fear. So suddenly she was brave,
strong. Don't show you're fear, the initial shock was over now and she
actually felt braver. "Now I would like it if you'd give me my wand
back."She said her eyes forceful.

Chase stared at her. "I don't know what I
did...but please, just let me go up to the castle."She said trying her
hardest to keep her voice even, but it wavered some to show her fear.
She glanced down at her wand and slowly stooped to try and grab it. She
kept her eyes on the girl though. She glanced down for a split second
to see where her wand was and looked back up at the girl.

As Thomas was walking across the ground he heard a commotion. When he went to see what it was, he smiled broadly when he realized it was Narezze picking on some helpless little Gryffindor. He laughed and he pulled out his wand, casually strolling down to join her. "Got you some fresh meat I see Nerez...." he was cut short when he realized who it was. His heart almost stopped when he realized it was Chase, the girl from over the summer. His heart almost stopped when he realized what he had just gotten himself into.
