Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

[s]Welcome to Australia's answer to Hogwarts.[/s]
forget that.
THIS IS NOTHING LIKE HOGWARTS.

.we've got our own brand of awesome;
    We've got our own brand of awesome. From charming professors to fall in love with their own chalkboards, to cursing angry students to tapdance - you'll find it all at Tallygarunga. So, we're not the most prominent of magical schools. This ain't no castle, because this ain't no Hogwarts! If you're looking for coffee and cake in the common room, you won't find it here. This isn't a school for the rich, the pureblooded, this isn't a school for snobs. This is a school for real people... and other miscellaneous species.

.we still work together... kinda;
    If by 'work together' you mean the odd species scuffle in the corridors, we do it just fine. But what else can you expect? The place is littered with werewolves, vampires, werecats and people with various amounts of elven blood. Not to mention the blue eyed freaks, who are just plain strange. But at least we keep things interesting, which is more than we can say for those species-ist private schools down south. Humans only? What a bore!

.this is magical education - our way;
    Crazy Russian aurors, vampires gone postal, drunk librarians, the curious case of Cora and Cara, Sleeping Beauty curses, a caretaker cursed to stay on grounds, two redheaded deputies, the abundance of twins - and not to forget, the elusive mullet man! This is definitely not your average school, or even your average town! It seems these days that Narragyambie has become a host for freaks of all kinds, and we're loving it. Rural Australia has never been so awesome.

.you got the stuff to join us?;
    There's always room for one more in crazy town. From adults, to students, to ministry workers and shop keepers - we take it all. Tallygarunga prides itself on a thriving community both in, and out of character. Celebrating our third birthday on August 6th, 2009 - it really is Australia's answer to Hogwarts. Just more awesome. With original classes and houses, forget Scotland - forget Europe! Come join us in the great Southern Land, and have yourself a ball at:

for we will always be proud of who we are.

That's because the person who advertised this forgot to preview their advert. *sighs*
I've seen this site before but I don't remember the link!
