What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Just after finishing Quidditch practice Jamie went to the Forbidden Forest, Logan was Helping Brad with a spell for his charms class, so he hadn't been able to accompany her, it didn't matter that much the air wouldn't be less fresh without Logan but she did prefer to walk with him.Today was full moon but Jamie hadn't noticed.

Jamie started to walk deeper into the woods. She noticed something shed never paid attention to, the tallness of the trees on the forest. She used to climb up trees when she was young but she hadn't ever tried to climb a tree as tall as the ones in the forest so she decided to give it a try.She climbed up a bit and decided to stop near a relatively low branch.Where she was she had a perfect view of the sky. Then she noticed it, it was full moon. She instantly got worried and climbed down from the tree and she started running, Jamie tripped with a root and sprained her ankle.Im so screwed, thought Jamie. She tried to walk but the adrenaline hadn't taken the pain away. She tried to jump on her good foot but she was making to much noise and she knew she would attract animals so she started to hobble as fast as she could, the sooner she got out of there the better.

This was it. His first full moon, which meant that his first victim had to be found tonight. Whether he was turning or killing, someone had to be a victim. Dylan had lost all sense of regret and compassion now after his training with Moira. He was now a part of James's pack and he had to show his loyalty. Moira had been preparing him for this, she had been training him to be able to keep up with prey and to kill or turn someone. Now was his time to show what he had learned.

It was his time to show his loyalty.

Shortly before the sun had set, Dylan Davies had escaped from the Ravenclaw common room and headed down to the forest. He'd been in there when the sun set and the moon came out. He stood in the middle of a clearing, watching as the moon set into its place and once the moon's rays hit him, his transformation began. The pain he felt had been as bad as Moira had described to him. He knew that he had to get through it though, otherwise his training would have been for nothing.

As his human figure begame to transfigurate into that of a Werewolf, Dylan was forced onto his knees and he gripped the ground underneath his palms as his hands turned into paws, his nails grew longer and sharper. His mouth elongated into a snout and his canine teeth grew longer, long enough to poke out of his mouth. His spine changed and morphed into that of a canine and hair began to sprout all along his body. Soon the transformation was complete and Dylan lay on his side for a few moments, his chest rising up and down before he stood up and shook his head.

His senses had heightened and he was able to hear things around him that he couldn't hear as a human. He soon heard panting and leaves crunching under someone's feet. Perfect. he thought. His victim was in the forest and it seemed to already be running away without knowing he was coming after it already. The person must have noticed it was the full moon, no doubt. They must be in a hurry to leave so they don't get hurt.

This would be fun.

Dylan began to run toward the person who was trying to escape the forest. The scent seemed like that of a female and Dylan licked his lips. He reached the girl rather quickly but he kept his distance at first, when he noticed that she seemed injured. She must have fallen or something and hurt her leg or ankle. It seemed to be her ankle by the way she was walking though. Without much thought to it, Dylan ran past the girl and stopped in front of her, cutting her off from her escape route. He let out a low growl to try to intimidate her.

Jamie looked around because she thought she heard someone. She kept walking, trying to get out of the forest. She had this feeling that she was being watched  and since she knew it was the full moon she felt that if something was actually watching her it was a werewolf. She hoped it was a student because she knew they would have the wolfsbane potion. Then she remembered what his brother had said about the rogue werewolf pack and she realized any student could have been part of that pack.

Fear started to become panic and suddenly a wolf appeared.Though this wolf didn't seem normal his snout was shorter than a normal wolf, and it's eyes seemed human in a way.Short snout and human-like eyes. This was definitely a werewolf, and it didn't look friendly at all.Romeo being a werewolf suddenly crossed her mind but it made no sense to her for some reason.Jamie's heart started to beat faster and faster.Whoever this was hadn't taken wolfsbane, had no remorse, both or this was all a joke. She wanted the latter to be true but the probability was really low.

She was static. She wasn't moving a muscle, she just stared at what she thought was her death sentence. She backed up against a tree. What is Carter going to do if I die or become a werewolf. She thought. Her ankle didn't hurt anymore and she knew she was in fight or flight mode right now and  to fight against a werewolf could get her to end up dead so she tried to climb the tree she was backed up against. She was able to get up the tree but one of her legs was still reachable.

Dylan watched the girl scramble up a nearby tree. She really thought that was going to help her? Dylan's eyes darkened as he stared at the girl who seemed terrified of him. That look in her eyes, the fear that must be running through her right now. It was all so invigorating and Dylan loved it. He loved the fact that someone feared him. That he could strike so much fear into someone. Moira and James were right, Werewolves were better than humans and in so many more ways.

The Werewolf boy licked his lips and moved closer to the tree. She made it too easy for him, while wolves couldn't climb trees well, it was easy for them to grab something that dangled from the tree. She must not have noticed that her leg was dangling from the tree, just waiting for him to come up to it and bite into it. Dylan did just that, once he was close enough, he lunged for her leg and bit into him moving back so he could pull her down from the tree.

Stupid move girl. He thought to himself, fully aware that she could not understand him. The bite was not enough to infect her completely but it would hurt. He'd rather save the bite that killed or turn her for somewhere else. Somewhere more visible.

(Hey if it's okay with you William will join in and get Dylan off of Jamie so he only turns her.)

This wolf seemed to be enjoying every moment of this. His eyes showed no compassion, they just showed the evil parts of it's soul.Jamie hoped for a guardian angel that would swoop in and save her.She knew she was safe on the tree, but not for long because she couldn't stay there the whole night.Jamie suddenly fell. She hadn't felt the bite, she hadn't even noticed that the wolf could reach her leg. When she fell she hit her head and everything went blurry.

"Good one,Jamie. You messed up big time."Jamie thought to herself. She knew unless her super bond with Carter was invoked and he arrived just in time, she was pretty much dead. Then she got an idea, when Carter and her were younger one of them had to hide something and when the other found it they would signal it by sending green sparks, so she figured she would send red sparks to signal she was in danger.

Jamie took out her wand and shot red sparks into the air.She hoped someone had seen it and that that someone wasn't anyone who wanted to hurt her.Even Zabini would have been decent enough to help her.
