Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Guilt Empty Guilt

Post by Kaiden Poliakoff Fri Jul 27, 2012 1:30 am

With his younger sister still sick with the illness going around, Jayden felt like he was going to have to take her St. Mungo's soon. She hated those places but any potion he or their parents came up with didn't work anymore, and the only things that were left were the treatments at the hospital. But Thea wasn't one to like the healers and he never liked making his sorer uncomfortable.

But he knew that soon the only thing that would be left was taking her to St. Mungo's and she would probably hate him for it. He'd been keeping their parents at bay with taking her there, working his arse off to get potions that would help her without her actually having to go to the hospital. But he didn't have the right ingredients to help her and he was getting backed I to a corner with this.

He couldn't bare to let his sister down and he couldn't face her right now either. So he told his parents to tell her that he was going out for more ingredients to help her. But even though he did have that planned, Jayden found himself sitting in the dimmly lit pub of the Leaky Cauldron. He was trying to think of a way to let his sited know that he couldn't help her on his own anymore and that she needed to go to St. Mungo's if she wanted to get better. He looked at his drink and took a sip of it as he thought.

Kayla shuffled into the pub her face down as if she were staring at the ground to make sure she didn't fall down, but anyone who was paying any attention could see the single tear fall from her blackened eye. She had tried her best to cover it up but she had failed. Sitting at the bar she ordered a butterbeer with out looking up at the guy who stood behind the counter. She picked up the bottle he had sat in front of her swinging it around to make the liquid switch around in the bottle. She reached up and wiped the tears from her eyes.
