The school had been pretty calm the entire day. It really seemed like there was no one in the school. Everyone was either in their common rooms or they were outside, though it was still pretty cold out there, so everyone pretty much came back inside after a little while of being outside and they all complained about what a bad idea it was to go outside in that weather. Pretty much every person was inside the castle again and everything seemed to be calm. There wasn't much time before everyone had to go to bed so Mariposa had left them to do what they wished for the remaining time. They were all eating dinner anyways.
Mariposa didn't really feel like eating so she left to go to the Prefect's Bathroom she hadn't really used at all. She figured this was as good as any to check it out. She didn't plan on spending much time there, she was only going up there to check things out anyways. She hadn't really heard any of the other prefects say anything about this bathroom either and she assumed that none of them had been up there either.
Mariposa was curious as to what was in there though. It was probably like any other bathroom in the school, and she was soon going to see if it really was. She pushed the door open and closed it softly behind her. The girl took a quick look around the bathroom before stepping away from the door and heading toward the mirror she saw. Not bad. It wasn't like the other bathrooms, that was for sure and she quite liked it in there. Mariposa turned her back to the mirror and as she leaned against the sink in front of the mirror she sighed. It was actually pleasant in there.
