Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Ravenclaw; Home of the Smart. This was Jacks home for the past six and a half years. Ravenclaws were the schools symbol of the smart, the wise, and the witty. Jack wasn't sure which one of those he fit into at the moment. He figured the Sorting hat had just made some kind of mistake, where he really was in Griffyndor, or Hufflepuff. But definatly not Slytherin. Jack probably would have sued Hogwarts for all it's worth if he was put into Slytherin. The students of that house were just to cocky and annoying for Jacks liking. Just because they were purebloods it definatly didn't mean they were better then everyone else.

Jack was currently sitting in the Common room, the couch tilted slightly after Jack dropped his sneakascope under it. His legs were propped up on the table, and his fingers tracing around the top shaped scope thing, told to spin and beep if people with bad intentions neared. Jack didn't believe it really worked that well, though. He sighed and placed it on the table, staring into the great fireplace that was opposite of him. He stared into the flames, the heat licking at his face, he saw the fires fingers lick around the wood, eating it, wanting more.

Cecilia walked into the common room with her arm full of books. She had just come from the library where it had been to quite to study. Sighing she sat her books down on a table close by a window and pulled out the chair in front of her and sat down. She carefully picked up one of the heavier books and lay it in front of her. Flipping the book open to a random page she put her elbow on the table and propped her head up with her hand. The sixteen year old girl hadn’t slept in the past twenty four house instead she had been studying and doing work. She was tired but refused to go to sleep until it was all done. Cec’s long dark hair hung down around her face and pooled around her in the seat. She hadn’t cut it in a while either and she wasn’t planning on doing so any time soon. She wanted to see how long she could get it before getting it cut again.
“Sneakascope’s for children who can’t read other intentions,” She commented to her self quietly. She had seen the boy with thing on the table in front of him. She pursed her lips and flipped the page. She though the boy seemed rather preoccupied with the fire, it seemed weird but it seemed to always seemed to fascinate her to. For now she sat facing away from the fire. It would have been to much of a distraction for her. She wouldn’t have been able to study at all if she were looking at it.

Jack looked up, his head snapping at attention. He didn't see the girl enter the common room. He made a face at her, gripping the sneakascope with his left hand. Then, the face went away, and his mouth slowly twitched into a grin. He stood up, and walked to her, and, standing over her, his face shining, he said,

"Hello Ceci, how've you been?"

He asked, and leaned down to her, so his hand was nearly touching hers, and his face was inches from hers. his eyes were glinting happily, and his teeth were showing from his great big grin. He hadn't seen Cecilia in forever. The school year had been so busy, so packed, that they hadn't seen each other in a long while. But Jacks heart for her still hasn't lessened. He still loved her as much as before. She was the closest thing he's had to a girlfriend, and he was grateful for her. He stood there, leaning forward, and winked at her, sure that she would smile back, or hold his hand, or something.

“Do I know you?” Cecilia asked. No one ever called her Ceci. Yeah sure he looked familiar but she couldn’t put a name to the kids face. She pushed him away a little. It was possible that they had met before the were obviously they were in the same house possibly the same year. He winked at her and she curled up in the chair. “Are you sick or something because I believe there is something wrong with your face.” there was a slight hint of fear in her eyes though just a tiny bit of realization. She did know him she just didn’t recognize him. She had loved him so much. Him and Jake. Maybe just one kiss and she’d remember it all. Maybe she would remember who she had been last year. Maybe she would remember that person who no longer existed. But would that be for the best?
“Sit.” she said plainly. He was to close for her liking. It made her uncomfortable. The whole time Cecilia’s facial expression did not really change. “I do not know you but that doesn’t mean I didn’t know you. I was in an accident over the summer. I can’t remember most of my life before that.” she spoke in a low tone as if to her self and she didn’t even look at the person in front of her. She hadn’t told anyone about her accident. Only her family knew after they found her in a coma in St. Mongos. Before that no one had known where she had been. Not even Cecilia herself.

Jack chuckled slightly at her. He thought she was kidding around at first. He knew her as a good actress. But the moment he looked into her eyes, his grin died away and his happiness fled the scene. It was filled with a deep longing. His mind raced, then he quickly found the words that he wanted to say.

"You have amnesia... You don't remember anything? Not even me?"

He ran his hand through his hair, confused, then he jumped, his eyes lighting up. He looked at Ceci, his jaw set, his face serious. He took a step back and began slowly pacing the common room. He groaned and ran his hands through his hair again, clearly agitated.

"We need something to bring your memory back, almost like a trigger. What's one thing you remember from before you lost your memory. Come on, anything."

"I remember nothing of last year." Cecilia said quietly, "i remember my childhood and my first four years of hogwarts. I remember everyting that has happened since, but that whole year is a mystorie to me. Elijah and my family wouldn't tell me anything. They seemed happy to have me back but Elijah seemed scared of who I had been." as she thought about it tears began to form in her eyes. Trying to remember always did something to her. Either it would make her angry or sad. "Can't we just start over?" Cec asked, "I think the this Cecilia is better. I don't want to scare people."
Cecilia really wanted to know what she had done, who she had been the year before, but she was sacared to find out how bad she had been. 'All that matters is that your okay,' is what they had said when she asked them to tell her. what had she done so wrong? what did she do right? "I think it would be better for us to just start over. for now any way."

"Start over?"

Jack choked, looked at Cecilia, his eyes soft, and shining. He stared at her, long and hard. Was she really gone? One of his closest friends, and she was disappearing. But now, as before, they could start over. They could open a new bud in their friendship, maybe get closer. He stared at Cecilia, his mind racing, as he thought about the consequences and good things about starting over. Finally, he sighed, and walked over to her.

"Whatever is fine with you."

He let himself smile a bit, and then something lit up in his brain. He remembered a day in Hogwarts, his very first day at this wonderful place. His mother escorted him here and gave him the whole talk about the wizarding world in the car ride to the Train Station. There, they went to the Hogwarts Express and he sat in the compartment, with Cecilia, and they met some strange, goth-type girl who left suddenly. He wondered if tshe remembered that, and if it could trigger anything.

"You remember your first days at Hogwarts, right? Do you remember that young boy you shared a train compartment with on your very first day?"

"Not completely." Cecilia said, "It was so long ago the memories are so vage. I do remember people on the train, possibliy a boy, but I have no idea who he was nor do I know what we talked about. That is if we talked." Cecilia squinted her eyes as she thought. It was like trying to look though murky water to remember that long ago. She didn't really remember spacifics but she did remember every little detail. "Do you know what happened in that compartmemt that day?" she asked tiliting her head and looking up at him though her big brown eyes. She watched him for a moment. He did look look a little like the boy she had met that day. they shared the same hair color and eye color. Could they be one in the same? "Tell me about that day that you know?" she asked,

"Well, I remember that day, it wasn't raining, but the clouds were in the sky. We shared a compartment because everyone else was either filled, or wouldn't let others in it. I don't know. But we started talking, and I was acting drunk or something. You said something about Durmstrang, and your brother, Elijah."

He stared at the wall opposite of him in the common room, trying to remember everything that happened that day. He stared, looking hard at the wall, and sat on the edge of the desk she was sitting at, and he folded his arms. His memory was indeed astounding, but he couldn't remember everything, only tidbits. He sighed and looked down at Cecilia curiously, remembering how she looked that day, then looking at her now. She barely changed. Jack looked back at the Ravenclaw wall once again, slowly this time, trying to piece together his memory of that day.

"Oh, I think i remember some of it. I was upset that i wouldn't know anyone at school because Eli was still going to Durmstrang, which was never a place for 'proper little girls' as they had told me." Cecilia spoke softly and slowly as she closed her book and pushed it aside. she hadn't taken her eyes off of him the whole time even as he had moved they had fallowed him. She had no idea what t think of him at the moment but by the way he had greeted her they had obviously known each other very well. He had called her Ceci which no one ever called her, most just called her Cec or Cilia. There had been joy in his eyes from seeing her here. She tilted her head to the side as she watched him. He looked rather familiar she had to have spent a lot of time with him, but she wondered what they had done when they were together. “Did we become best friends after that day or something? Tell me more please,” Cecilia said pulling her feet up in the set with her.
On this day Cecilia wore dark blue skinny jeans with navy blue and cream one shouldered top over a cream colored camisole on her feet were red and white fuzzy socks and boots. Around her neck she wore a blue flower pendent necklace which was the same shade of blue as the heart earrings in her ears. Around her finger she wore a pretty ring with pearls and flowers. Her last accessory was a watch which told the time and nothing more.
