Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Death is the Final End Empty Death is the Final End

Sage walked through London silently. there where tears in her eyes. Every where she went she went she saw people about her age who seemed to be dating. She game to a park and sat on a bench pulling her knees to her she closed her eyes resting her chin on her knees. She needed to escape Hogwarts and it didn't help at all. she just became more depressed. though she felt like she was being watched. She felt as if someone was fallowing her.

Death is the Final End Empty Re: Death is the Final End

Sandra smiled to herself as her fingers tightened on her wand. It had been too long since she had really gotten to cut loose and have some fun. And now, not only was she able to, she had a legitimate reason for doing so.

Thaor had recently spoken to her about controlling the Hogwarts population, and Sandra had immediately remembered stories from the muggle end of Grindlewald's war. When the Japanese army took new prisoners, they randomly selected one member to execute. It sent a clear message: You are not safe.

Sandra couldn't kill just anyone however, so she had refrained from spinning a wheel to decide the targeted student. Instead she had selected Sage Tyler after a few hours of study. The girl was a muggle born and relatively well known around Hogwarts - she'd make the perfect target.

Sandra smirked and swished around a bit of polyjuice potion before taking a swing. Her features began to twist until she looked something like this. There was no use in drawing attention to her true identity, so this throwaway one would work just fine.

Sage was hurrying through the park now - it was mainly empty, save for a few older couples taking leisurely strolls. The girl was tearing up. She was in bad mental condition, which would make this much easier but much less fun. Sandra approached her with a sympathetic smile on her borrowed face, sitting next to her and putting a hand on her shoulder. "Are you alright?" She said before smiling wickedly.

There was a pop, and they were gone.

Yumi paced around in the alley, where she was waiting for Sandra to appear with Sage. She was bored and her patience was running low. She wanted to get rid of Sage as soon as possible. Then there would be one less mudblood around, one less person to worry about. She wondered what was taking so long. That mudblood didn't seem like she could put up much of a fight, especially with what just happened to her.

Yumi knew that with her heart broken, getting rid of her wouldn't be very hard. But that would take most of the fun out of torturing her, since she wouldn't put much of a fight.

How boring. she thought. With Sage the way she was, she wondered why she was even there. Sandra could take her by herself. So she didn't see the purpose of her being there. But, she figured it would be fun to take part in it. She smirked and continued to wait for their arrival.

There was a loud pop, the sound of air suddenly and violently being displaced, and Sandra appeared in a london back alley.

She pushed Sage to the ground and drew her wand, pointing it at the young girl. "Mittere," she snarled. Her wand gave a jerk, and a small ball of whiteish-green light shot towards Sage, picking her up and throwing her into a wall. There was a loud thud, and Sandra casually looked over her shoulder towards Yumi and Athena. "You two prepped the area, I assume? Muffliato and all that? If you didn't so help me God..."

Death is the Final End Empty Re: Death is the Final End

Post by Athena Marianne Goyle Sat Apr 23, 2011 9:33 pm

Waiting for the Mudblood wasn't as boring as Zante’s pacing was making it out to be. Athena was rather content to daydream, her mind on the event in the boy’s dormitory, instead of stomping to and fro like a caged lion. If anything, Zante was making the whole alley-way situation all the worse by stamping the puddles and spraying water all of the show. It was bringing Athena out of her own mind and back into reality.

What she couldn’t quite believe was that she was stood in a Muggle alleyway in the boots Apolline had bought her just weeks prior. It was hardly the most befitting place for a young witch to be. Still, it wasn’t as if they could kill the Hufflepuff in broad daylight. It would leave a better statement than dumping her body on the Ministry’s doorstep would, though. They could leave their calling card - the Dark Mark – but in Athena’s opinion, theatrics would better suit them.

But she had no right to say how the Death Eaters ran their show. She preferred to keep out of it all as far as fieldwork went. Things like this ruined expensive shoes.

The target was the Hufflepuff Athena had stumbled across in the courtyard days beforehand. Everything King Midas touched turned to gold. It seemed as if Athena was having the same effect but instead, everything she came in contact with died. This was why she never had any large pets when she was a child; House Elves only just counted and they were not large what so ever. Brew and Collie were short even for House Elf standards.

“Oh do shut up!” Athena hissed finally as the clip-clop of shoes against the cobbles became too much. She glared at Yumi before rolling her eyes and pushing herself away from the wall. She stepped into the half-light of the gas lantern and held her wand aloft, checking the Muggle-repelling wards and the silencing spells she’d put up. When she was content with their quality, she brought her wand arm down again and glared once more at Yumi. “If you continue on with your incessant tapping then you’ll wake up everyone within a one-hundred metre radius. So kindly shut up.”

Before Athena even considered turning the wand on the girl to prove her point, there was a sharp crack. A squeal from one of the dumpster-dwelling rats came next and Athena looked around to see a large, black rodent scurry into the light and back into the shadows. Athena recoiled and sent a cutting curse in the direction of the rat. She heard the impact but spared no more thoughts to it as her eyes fell on the girl that Sandra had brought with her.

“Everything is secure,” Athena answered before Sandra could finish her threat. “Only amateurs or those that wish to be found forget the silencing spells. I presume she wasn’t difficult to obtain?” Athena inquired, raising a thin, elegant eyebrow in question.

Death is the Final End Empty Re: Death is the Final End

Sage was startled when she felt the arm of a person around her. She didn't' have the time to react before they where no longer in the park. Being thrown to the ground. Seeing the flash of green and white light she was then forced against the wall. She blinked trying to regain site. She heard voices and then she could finally make out the out like of the three people standing before her. The two who where talking where clearly female but she couldn't' tell about the third. "Who are you? Where am I? What do you want with me?" She asked quietly holding back more tears. Sage couldn't get her wand out of her boot. This rendered her utterly defenceless.

Sandra nodded curtly at Athena, a glint of approval in her eyes. "Exactly. You are obviously neither," she said, turning back to Sage. Athena was showing promise - She was a Goyle, old blood, but Sandra never put any real stock in that. She was, however, obviously more intelligent than her brutish father, something Sandra wholeheartedly approved of. Muscles were worth nothing in a wizard's duel. It was skill and wits that won the day when magic was involved.

Sage was struggling, and Sandra chuckled slightly. She noticed the tip of the girl's wand sticking out of her boot and smirked, pointing her own wand at it. "Expulso."

The wand exploded, splintering into small wooden pieces that tore through Sage's boot as well as her ankle. Sandra chuckled again and let the girl fall to the ground, turning to Yumi and Athena. "Well, go on, prove your worth and all that. But no unforgivables please, they're so boring, Use your imaginations."

"What do you want with me?" Sage asked again the pain clear in her voice as blood ran down her ankle. she hit the ground again and she stood up on her one good foot. "What do you want with me?" was all she could say, "If you want money, you can have it. I don't need it," more tears came to her eyes she just wanted to get away from England and Europe all together. She wanted to go home, to her family, to the small town she had grown up in. she wanted everything to be the way it was before she found out she was a witch. That news had was the worst of all. She wished she had never met Saige.

Sandra looked between Yumi and Athena, neither of whom had stepped forward. She sighed slightly. "Ah well," she said, stepping towards Sage, her wand raised. "The first kill is always the most difficult. I suppose I shoudn't have expected so much from someone so young."

She smiled harshly at Sage. "I'm sorry m'dear, I'm not in the habit of giving monologues. You'll just have to die not knowing." And with that she pushed her wand up to the girl's chin and and stroked her hair almost lovingly. "Avada Kedavra."
