Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Do we really need a fire? Empty Do we really need a fire?

Hunter entered the common room after a long day of classes. He ran up to his dormitory to change into something more comfortable. He came back down the stairs to the common room again wearing black jeans and a yellow shirt, Hufflepuff colours! He would skip out on dinner tonight, maybe sneak down to the kitchens later. The house elves were always happy to serve! He took a seat in front of the fire, did they really need one? Like really? It was already like, a thousand degrees in the castle. He closed his eyes and began to hum a tune to himself, one he had heard over the summer.

Natalie entered the common room quite freezing. She stayed on a window outside and opened it so obviously she'll freeze. She settled herself into the nearest chair to the fire. She looked around wondering why nobody was here yet. Then she spotted someone close to her "Oh..I didn't know someone was here" She moved her chair a bit far for him. She barely see this guy but he did see him but as far as she know she hadn't been in talking matter to him.

Hunter opened his one eye and spotted Natalie Weasley, someone was shy. Or was afraid of boys or something, rather odd. But maybe she thought she'd interrupt his peace or something. He heard he mumble something but sat straight up opening both his eyes. He leaned his elbows on his knees and chuckled. "Hello, you're Natalie right? A Weasley," he asked her. "I'm Hunter, what year are you in?" he asked her again.

Natalie heard him chuckle. Maybe I was being rude or something, well, I shouldn't be shy, I'm a third year student here already.duh. she thought. She cleared her throat silently and spoke, "Uhmm, yeah I'm Natalie..Natalie Weasley. A third year. You?uhm..Hunter?" she doesn't know what's wrong with her cause she wasn't normally shy around people, But admit it, you haven't talked to a guy, alone She told herself. She breathed slowly hoping the shyness would go away.
