Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

It's A Brand New Day Empty It's A Brand New Day

Cole strolled along and sat down on a bench along near St. Mungo's, on a muggle street. He had a butterbeer in hand, and lots of people stopped, sniffed it, and asked him where he got it. He lied and said the local Teavana. They suddenly had a lot of business.

He looked around. There was basically nobody he knew, and nobody magical, since he would have known them from Hogwarts.

Renae was walking down along on the side of street near St. Mungo's. She was wearing tight skin jeans and a button up top, with her hair down in curls. In her left pocket lay her wand. As she was strolling along the street she was finally glad to say, "Welcome to London."

She had lived in Paris, France all her life. And when finally got the chance she would leave it be and go see the rest of the world. London was right next door. She was holding her blue denim bag over her shoulder, walking a swining her hips from left to right. She knew there were a lot of capable men in London, and what would be wrong in trying to find on the first day here? She smiled to herself and then noticed a guy sitting on a bench drinking a beer.
"After all that traveling, I mightest well ask the guy where he got his refreshment, and maybe if he needs a little company." She sat down on the bench next to him. Ignoring that he was there for second, then turned to him.
"So where did you get that nice refreshment?" she gave him a warm smile.

Cole had been watching the Teavana with a bit of amusement, as everybody bought the tea, and claimed that it was Cole's butterbeer brand. As he was looking, he saw a girl, probably woman, walk up to him. He shifted, making sure to hide his wand. And his eyes widened when he heard her ask about the drink. What was he going to say? As he glanced right, the Teavana just closed. That excuse wouldn't work.

He didn't know why he was even looking, but he saw a little stick-shaped lump in her pocket, and might have heaved a sigh of relief. She was a witch too.

"Ah, I got it from the Leaky Cauldron." he lowered his voice so she could only hear on the last part.
