Family Information: Elle was born in London to a Japanese father and a British mother. Elle’s father did not know that Catherine, Elle’s mother, was a witch until they had Elle. Imamura, Elles’s father, could not stand the fact that his wife was a witch and eventually asked for divorce when Elle was still five years old. They had not heard about him since then. Catherine decided not to use her ex-husband’s name on Elle; instead, she gave her her grandmother’s maiden name “Emerald” and her own maiden name “Elodie” for Elle.
Short Roleplay:Nine years ago, Elle finally attended Hogwarts School of Withcraft and Wizardling. Her proud mother took her to Diagon Alley to buy her school supplies. That was the first time Elle saw a lot of witches and wizard, just like her mother. After her parents got divorced, magic was the only thing that could cheer her up. It’s been three years since she graduated from Hogwarts now but she could still remember the time when she was sorted into one of the houses; as it happened only a few days ago. She put the sorting hat on the top of her head and for the next ten seconds the hat told her to become one of the Hufflepuffs. With teary eyes, she joined with the other Hufflepuff who were celebrating her as a new Hufflepuff member at their table. The Fat Friar smiled at her. She was very happy but nervous as well. Hogwart was such an amazing place, she thought.

Charms was her favorite subject. She was so enthutiastic when Professor Flitwick asked the students to do the levitation charm. “Wingardium Leviosa”, she yelled after several times trying; and the feather quill levitated as there were invisible wings on the back of the quill. Eventually she became the second person who was able to do the charm perfectly. After the class was over, Professor Flitwick called her to his desk. She was very nervous, wondering what he was going to tell her. Professor Flitwick looked at her. For those five seconds she thought she was going to faint. Finally the professor made a sound, “You are not as smart as your mother”, hearing those words Elle felt hopeless. “But you try harder than her”, he continued. Elle look her professor in the eyes. “I assume you will be way better than your mother. Just give your best shot”, he smiled gently. Elle couldn’t tell how happy she was. “Elle! Do you want to come or not?” suddenly she heard her mother’s voice, awakening her from the greatest time ever. “Yeah, coming Mom.”
