Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Cassiopeia had walked into staff room just to find someone here. To be honest she really needed to talk with someone about this boys Alexander Greengrass behviour. As this was not accepeted at all what that boy doing. At first harassing girls and now practising spells on other students. That was not right at all. This was terrible thing to do. She didn't know how this boy even went so far.

This was very troubling for sure. She needed to discuss with other professors what to do with him. She sat down on the sofa and sighed.

After a long day of teaching, Riyann needed a moment to unwind and clear her head. The staff room offered the perfect respite, and as she pushed open the door, she was greeted with the sight of her old Hogwarts classmate, Cassiopeia. Riyann smiled warmly at her friend, grateful for the chance to catch up and decompress. However, as she approached Cassiopeia, she noticed that her friend seemed to be lost in thought, her expression troubled. Riyann furrowed her brows with concern, wondering what was weighing on Cassiopeia's mind. "Hey, Cassiopeia," she said softly, hoping to draw her friend out of her thoughts. "What's up?"

Cassiopeia was so deep in the thoughts that she hadn't noticed someone entered until the person said her name. "Oh hey Riyann," she said with a smile back to her. "You can call me just Cassie," she added with a small smile.

"Oh, I'm not sure if you have heard about boy named Alexander Greengrass, what he did some girls, harassing them?" she asked from her fellow professor.

"Well add do it now changing girls head color to purple and skin to green. And then using his wand to bring snake to scare his fellow housemate," she ended up saying.

She wondered what Riyann will end up saying about all of this now.

Riyann's mind was still reeling from the news of the incident Cassie had just shared with her. As she made her way towards the lounge, she couldn't help but overhear snippets of conversations from groups of students huddled together. The severity of what she was hearing made her shake her head in disbelief.

"What could have possibly possessed him to do something like that?" she muttered to Cassie, her voice thick with concern. Riyann knew the school's strict rule against using magic on fellow students, and the thought of someone breaking it left her feeling uneasy.

Her worry for the victim was palpable. "Is the girl okay?" Riyann asked. She hoped that whatever had happened, the victim had received the care and attention she needed.

Cassiopeia was aware of those rules but she couldn't do much about that boy herseflf. She had no authority really. That boy really was a trouble.

"I have no clue. When I asked why he did it. He said he was practising spells. I was like wtf," she said with a sigh. She didn't really know why or what is going on with him.

"Her friends were there for her. I'm sure they helped her out," she said with a smile. "So yeah she is probably okay by now," she added.

Riyann settled into a chair beside Cassie, her disbelief evident as she spoke. "Can you believe that boy? There are practice dummies for a reason. Has anyone reached out to his parents? It doesn't seem like he's going to stop anytime soon."

As she contemplated the boy's behavior, Riyann couldn't help but wonder if there was more to it than just a simple case of bullying. Surely there had to be some underlying reason for his actions. "I can't imagine that he just woke up one day and decided to be this horrible to his peers," she mused aloud. "I wonder what his home life is like. It's unlikely that he's only causing problems like this at school."

"No I can't," she said with shaking her head. "Well I think professor Lupin did tell his parents. But I think his parents don't really care. As far as we know we haven't nothing from them back."

She sighed. She had began to undersand it all might be to do something wiith hom. "Seems like he does all this to get attention. He just doesn't seem to know how else make people by attention to him, only when he causes trouble," shed ended up saying. "We really need to talk with his parents or get him talk somehow, what really bothers him," she aded.

Riyann considered Cassie's theory and found it to be quite plausible, especially since there were studies that showed children acted out for attention. However, the situation at the Greengrass household seemed to be more complicated than that.

"Seems possible," Riyann nodded, acknowledging Cassie's insight. "But I have a feeling it's going to be hard to get anything out of him if he's been behaving like this for years and things are only getting worse."

She couldn't help but feel a sense of concern for the young boy and his family. Riyann wondered what could have caused such behavior and how it could be resolved. It was clear that a deeper understanding of the situation was necessary before any meaningful action could be taken.

Cassiopeia knew that there was so many possibilities what was really going on. "Well yes, but yeah he won't really talk nobody. That's the problem. He doesn't even seem to respect no professors," she said with a sigh.

There was very ahrd to find way to get to him. Just maybe one day some can and figure out what is going on. "Well I don't have any ideas how to get to him."

This wasn’t something Riyann had had to deal with in the past, so it wasn’t something she was good at dealing with. “I don’t know either,” She shook her head in frustration, “There needs to be a meeting with his parents before I can understand what is going on.” There was too much left unknown for her to be able to make a decision. “I mean what if we're wrong and it has nothing to do with how his home life is..”
