GENERAL APPEARANCE: Nate has short brown hair and a very structured face. His dark brown eyebrows show that he shouldn't be messed with. He has a very athletic built.


GENERAL:
Nathan’s personality can be well-defined with just one word: "paradoxical."  Though often seen in groups and more than capable of carrying on a conversation with just about anyone, Nathan prefers one-on-one interactions with people.  He enjoys physicality but craves true affection. He is narcissistic but wants to be with someone as beautiful, academic, and devious as he is. Nathan wants to do the very best that he can at Hogwarts, not just because he thoroughly enjoys learning, but because the more knowledge he has, the higher he can climb in his career someday and become the person everyone around him looks up to, admires, and fears.

A number of factors in Nathan’s life have cemented his belief that each person is responsible for what everything they do and how far they will go in life.  He has a relatively open mind and tries different things in order to achieve a sort of inner peace as well as continuously making himself better. Nathan works to maintain a good control over his feelings, since he thinks he used to have over-emotional reactions to things such as when he blew up at his mom.  As a result he enjoys solitude and tends to be introverted, and has taken up meditation.  Because he also believes a person has to be balanced, he sets aside specific times each day to be conversant and hang out with his classmates and friends in order to counteract his personal time.
 
TRAITS:
Strengths
Nathan is, above all, intelligent and insightful. He can grasp concepts easily and often think of different ways to accomplish a task. Though very proud of himself, he tends to think of others before himself - admittedly, he does it to make people owe him, rather than for altruistic reasons. Nathan can also deal with many stressors, and so is rarely concerned about homework, even on top of his other endeavours.

Weaknesses
Nathan cannot easily forgive and forget - his own parents have yet to earn a pardon from him. He holds grudges and often manipulates his other friends to work against his enemies. Despite frequently imagining many possible outcomes, Nathan is incapable of thinking about the consequences of his actions or watching the future – something he is actively working toward, but has great trouble with. He is also swayed by beauty and allure, not completely, but enough to side-track his thoughts.

LIKES & DISLIKES:
Likes:
Transfiguration class; aside from being pretty good at it, Nathan enjoys learning how magic can help him shape the world around him to suit his needs.
Running; the simple exercise that uses most of his muscles also helps him stay calm or calm down as he hits his stride.
Solitude; being alone is a pleasant time when he can unwind, think things through gradually, plan ahead, and re-centre himself.
Intimacy; Nathan thinks that spending time with only one other person - whether physically or mentally intimate - is a special event.

Dislikes:
His mother; though bitter about both of his parents, he especially disapproves of his mother's actions.
Being called out; whether or not he is wrong, Nathan hates when negative attention is being drawn to him.  It is one of the few things that can make him truly angry.
Stupidity; he has very little patience for people with an astounding or repetitive lack of common sense.
PDAs; Nathan firmly believes that expressions of affection are meant to be private.  PDAs are either meant to make people jealous or draw someone's attention.
Writing assignments; he thinks that all learning should be practical, and theoretical work is a waste of time (and produces hand cramps).

GOAL:
Personal; Become an Animagus.
Mental; Achieve and maintain a spiritual balance, and learn to filter decisions through calm, rational thinking.
Physical; Achieve and maintain a healthy body of no more than sufficient size and strength.
Career; Pick a job that utilises his best talents and puts him in a position to be both admired and feared.

EARLY YEARS:
Nathan was the only (questionably) good thing to come out of the unhealthy marriage of Arabella Rose Cunningham-Stone and Jasper Stone.  He was a writer, most well known for writing his theory about Harry Potter’s disappearance; she was a muggle socialite, her beauty almost as obvious as a Veela’s. When they met, they were quite happy. Jasper now controlled a flawless young lady and Arabella got to buy her way in to social events. On May 4th, one year after their first date, at  Nathaniel Stone was born at the wizarding birthing centre in nearby London.

Ever since a young age, Nathan has been neglected. He only saw his father at Christmas, when it was Jasper’s chance to drink his sorrows away which resulted in forgetting seeing his son. Although, he saw his mother all the time, either she was publicly showing him off to her friends or privately hitting him for doing something mediocrely naughty. Nevertheless, he preferred his almost unknown father than his abusive mother. Even though his parents didn’t show him any form of compassion, they certainly tried to buy it. After many birthdays of receiving expensive cars, limited edition broomsticks, etc.. he slowly became bored with all the “out-of-the-box” gifts.

His parent’s may used their money foolishly but they also put it to good use. They hired him a Wizard Tutor and a Muggle Tutor; on Sundays, he would learn complex English language skills and math theories that would be difficult for an adult and on Mondays, he would read all the text books needed for his first year at Hogwarts. This might have been the only thing that Nathan was thankful for.

When he turned 11, he received his later from Hogwarts, thankful that he would finally get to leave his unloving parents.

HOGWARTS YEARS:
As soon as he reached Hogwarts, he strived in all of his classes. Although, this resulted that he didn’t have time to make any friends. Even though he was alone most of the time, he took the time to meditate and tried to search for ways to improve himself. Now, being 14, he’s going to try to make contacts, for better or for worse.
