Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

A Very Bad Day Empty A Very Bad Day

Brooke should be happy today because the boy she liked winked at her today. But instead, she's on the grounds alone, with her knees bent, and just looking at the people who passed by her. She hated it. She really hated that Ravenclaw. The Raveclaw who's always taking her spotlight. She slammed the ground in frustration. She glared at the ground. That should be me. That should be me that the boy I liked kissed. Yes, I know that the wink should be enough but I want a kiss!, she thought, still glaring at the ground.

It's a cloudy Wednesday. A bad Wednesday. Unlucky Wednesday. Black Wednesday. And all negative things to go before Wednesday. She stood up and stomped her foot in the ground, making the people look at her like a madman. She glared. "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT!? DON'T MESS WTH ME. I AM IN A BAD MOOD!" she yelled and she sat down.

But honestly, she wanted comfort. She needed someone to talk to. But of course, she would still be mean at him/her. She's always mean. She covered her face with her hands and she remembered her sister when she tried to comfort her when Brooke's toy broke because of a car running into it. She shook her head and she blinked her eyes a few times. Don't cry, Brooke. Don't. Remember what she did to you. She took away your shining star, she thought.

A Very Bad Day Empty Re: A Very Bad Day

Baird adored Slytherins. He made it his personal goal to harass at least twelve of them every day. He’d gotten into his fair share of scrapes with them but he’d found that they were just so stupid. So stupid, in fact, that they managed to get annoyed at the barest of jibes. That was why he loved them. They were just as hot-headed and irritable as brooding Gryffindors who were, make no mistake, just as easy to irritate as the Slytherins. But he preferred his snakes to his lions. The snakes had a tendency of biting back at him. He liked that.

So, when he found that one little Slytherin was scaring first years with her bad mood, Baird was unable to stop himself and he parted from his civilised company to go and investigate what on earth was going on with the less-civilised Slytherin who seemed to be content to be in a mood with the whole entire world. It didn’t matter who they were or why they were unhappy - ultimately she was just a Slytherin who, as Baird was going to find out, sought melodrama in every single facet of life.

“What crawled up your arse and died?” He commented glibly as he made his way over, his hands loose in the pockets of his coat. “It’s way too cold to be shouting at all the kids.”
