Factions

Hey guys. Twofold announcement for you all.

First off, contrary to my previous topic, I'm going to be coming back for the next two weeks. Look, my name is pretty again : D

Which ties into the second announcement.

I'm going to be working on overhauling and rejuvenating the factions in the meantime - it's my love child so expect PMs, Howlers and Announcements galore. As per my last message, should there be options presented, I will be making a secret recommendation to the admin team for who I believe would be good to fill in the gaps for now, so this is a really, really great opportunity for members, old and new, to step up their plot activity and faction involvement, churn out good, quality posts and consider their future in the site.

Part 1

But first I need to know where we stand in terms of membership.

So I'd like for everyone who has got characters in factions, or who wants their characters to join the factions, to please fill out this form.

For multiple characters in a single app just copy the last part as many times applicable.

And just repeat as applicable, post here, and voila, we've finished our enlistment/activity check.

Part 2:

Now I need people who are interested in leadership of factions to fill in another application, after they've filled in the above one.

Anyone is welcome to apply. I will be attempting to prioritise members over admins, but beyond that it's a level playing field. Ultimately it's going to be the best person for the job, regardless of time spent on the site, or any good/bad factors working with you from the past. It's all about the now, and I'm going to forgive any previous bad factors that may be associated with people (so now I can forgive myself for being a shocking leader of the Order for the past year. Sweeeeet)

It's that simple. There will only be one leadership role given per member, however we love seeing people RPing in all the factions, so if you have characters in mind for leadership in more than one faction, apply for both, state which you'd prefer, and if chosen, we'll tell you which one you get.

I'm giving till the end of the weekend before I start sifting through applications, but if you're reading this now, after being away over the weekend, just send me a late application explaining the situation to me and I'll be happy to include you in the ballot. Once I have all applications I might start PMing questions back pertaining to leadership.

I hope that this does work out, I personally really enjoy faction RPing and I hate to think that they could face disbandment in the not-to-distant future if things don't change.
