What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting.     GENERAL APPEARANCE: Katie has started to hit the stage in her life when she is starting to care about her appearance and looks. She has long, black, straight hair that she loves to keep down. She has grey eyes which many say is her best feature and the colour of her skin is around an olive colour but she gets very tanned during the summertime.

    She is thin, but not too thin and she is 5'5" so quite tall for her age. Her size and height compliment each other very well. She is starting to wear dresses but still is satisfied with jeans and a tanktop.

    PERSONALITY: Katie is quite confident in what she does and what many might call a teachers pet. She always puts her hand up in class and will do extra work even though much of the time its not required. She takes pride in everything she does and is a perfectionist. If anything is wrong, she has to do the task again and even though great - its one of her weaknesses as well as being quite controlling. She's much more of an independant worker than team worker.
    Even though she is starting to improve her looks, she would never let looks and beauty distract her from magic and studying. Even though she is considered a teachers pet, she dislikes obnoxious people and people who judge which sometimes gets her into a little bit of trouble. She has a short temper and will sometimes blow up on people if they push her too far.

    Early Years: (At least 1 paragraph of your characters history during ages 1-11.)

    Katie had a more advantaged life than other wizards her age. She was born into a wealthy, pureblood family who had started showering her with love and gifts since she came out into the world. Even though wealthy, Katie is very selfless and didnt like showing money off to others. She was born in London, UK on July 8th. She attended a human nursey as her powers hadnt started yet. As she was a powerful witch and from a pure bloodline, she started showing signs of magic at the age of 6/7 and so was homeschooled from then on by her mother. Becuase of this, she didnt have many friends and even though she was taught the learning basics by her mother - she never learnt any important social skills which are important in a kids life.

    Hogwarts Years: (At least 1 paragraph of your characters history during their stay at Hogwarts.)

    When she recieved the letter, she was very nervous as she would be away from her family for the first time and it didnt help that she had never seen much outside of London. When she was on the train, she never made much friends and was in a carriage by herself whilst she could hear the laughter of other people making friends in the ones beside her. When she arrived and through-out her learning at Hogwarts, she became much more confident and is now very confident and has broken out of the shell she was in, in 1st year. But as she's grown older, her attitude has also grown and people should watch out for her temper.

First, welcome! We're glad to have you!

I like your app for Katie, and I'm anxious to see what you end up doing with her. she has lots of possibilities.

I do need you, though, to change your user name to Katie Coote, rather than your current user name. User names here go by the character names.

Once you do that, we'll accept her. If you find you have difficulty w/ that, let me know, and I can change it on the site, but i don't want that to make your email address buggered up by my doing it if we can avoid that.
