The hustle and bustle of Diagon Alley had always been the same to Emma. To many people, not enough space, and why did these parents let there kids just run around? This is what Emma Blackwell thought to herself as she made her way towards the store that held her book writing material. She had just run out of ink and she had broken her self writing pen, so she needed to get some of these things just before getting a new book that had come out. "Excuse me!" Emma said as a group of kids ran into her, she then quickly and rudely passed them by. Finally she made it to the store, she opened the door, heard the ring of the bell, then walked inside. She sighed a sound of relief as the store was not as bad as outside.

Emma walked down each isle picking out the things that she need, with her newly bought high heel shoes clicking as she walked and her new designer bag lightly taping the shelves as she passed. She then lifted her jewlery covered hands up to her flowing brown hair and moved a piece of hair from her eyes. She then looked down at her black dress with a white bow in the middle to make sure that nothing was on it. Once she had all the items that she had been looking for, she walked up to the counter and paid for them.

It was always the same ole thing when you entered Diagon Alley and that was the pushing and the shoving down the small narrow street. If Andrew wouldn't had ran out of some parchment and quills for his office at St. Mungo's he wouldn't even be here in this bloody mess. Andrew hated Diagon Alley at this time of day for it was always packed but he knew he had to get his supplies before his next work day which was tomorrow. If Leslie knew he waited until the last minute to get his things she would chew him up one side and down the other. Chuckling to himself of how much Leslie reminded him of his mother he fianlly reached the parchment and quill shop.

As the bell tinkled above him he simply ignored it for he heard it like a million times already so he gotten used to hearing it. As he walked over towards the quills he scanned the rows for ones that he liked and smiled when he saw a nice set of eagle quills. "That should last me for awhile."said Andrew softly to himself as he grabbed them and then walked over towards the parchment section and gotten him some parchment. Checking to see if he had everything he headed up towards the counter to pruchase his stuff and then head towards the bookstore to pick up a new book and then he was out of this mad hoouse. As he made his way towards the counter he noticed a quill was on the floor so he picked it up and tapped the girl in front of him on the shoulder. "Excuse me Miss, I think you dropped this."said Andrew softly as he showed her the quill. Andrew was wearing a white shirt with blue long sleeves that showed his strong toned arms with blue jeans and black converses. His hair was in a messy spiky style which he liked.

In the middle of paying for her things, Emma heard someone talk to her. She turned around to see a guy around her age holding a quill out to her. "That's not mine. I would never buy something that cheap looking." Emma said turning back around and finishing with buy her items. She then grabbed her bags and headed towards the door. Emma's dress swished as she walked and her high heels clicked as she walked and her hair waved as she walked. Emma had to admit the guy was cute, but did you see what he was wearing? What guy in his right mind would wear that in public. It looked like he had just come from a muggle American baseball game.

Once out of the door she headed towards the book store. Of course more people had showed up in Diagon Alley. So she stepped side to side to avoid hitting people. She then found herself finally in front of the book store. She walked inside, ignoring the bell, then walked to the fantasy book isle. She searched the books for the one she was looking for. It would help her to think about what kind of book she would start on next. Emma liked to write fantasy books, but she didn't like stealing anyone else ideas. So she read as many of the fantasy books as she could to make sure of this.

Andrew glared at her and rolled his eyes at her for she was one of those rich stuck up snobs which what Andrew hated. As he seen her walking out the store he shook his head and purchase his parchment with his nice set of fancy quills for he only brought the best when he was working on his parchments and files for work. As he walked out of the store he headed towards the store before he stopped in his track and hit his forehead. "Oh crap I almost forgot I got to get something for James before I forget!"said Andrew to himself for he felt bad fro missing James birthday on the 13th but James said it was ok and he could make it up to him on Halloween or whenever so now Andrew was.

Andrew had a party at the Darling Mansion planned out for him but it was only for friends and family members only though. "I better get changed into something better looking then this!"said Andrew softly to himself. As he flicked his wand he changed into nice midnight blue fancy shirt with a dark gray jacket over it with nice gray dressed pants. His hair was in the spky messy style he liked but he looked very nice and sharp indeed. The outfit was very nice but very fancy but his family was a very wealthy family indeed but he nevered showed it. As he walked into the bookstore with his new outift on he headed towards the fantasy book section to get his book he wanted. To his dismay he saw that stuck up snobby girl again but he had a feeling she would try to be all filrty with him seeing how he had nice rich clothes on.

Emma scanned through book after book not finding the one that she was looking for. 'Maybe they have it somewhere else since it just came out today?' Emma thought to herself, looking at each book's name. Finally she gave up, huffing a sigh of frustration, then looked to her side. To her shock it was the boy from before, only he was dressed much better. Of course she had no idea what he was doing here other than of course looking for a book. It was a bookstore after all. Emma then huffed in frustration again and walked out of the isle towards a person that worked there.

"Excuse me sir. I'm looking for a book that just came out today. It's called 'The knight and The Lady'. Do you know where I might be able to find it, please?" Emma asked the man with a tiny bit of frustration in her voice. "Oh....everyone has been looking for that book today. I only have one left. It is in the back, let me get that for you." The man said to her, heading in to the back of the store where only employees can go. She hated to have to wait like this. But while she waited she thought of the guy in the isle behind her again. Sure he looked great in his new outfit, but why was he here? Was he following her? Maybe he's a stalker? Emma thought to herself while waiting for the man to come back with her book.

Andrew looked at the snobbish girl and rolled his eyes at her and went back to looking for his book he wanted as well as James book as well. As he scanned the row for his book he smiled when he seen they only had one copy left on the shelf. "Yes! good thing I didn't have to wait like she did for my book!"said Andrew to himself as he laughed to himself. As he grabbed his book he headed back up towards the front of the store to get James book he ordered a couple of days ago. As he walked up towards the counter he seen the manager coming out and he smiled. "Ah... Andrew, here to get James book I see right?"he asked him smiling back at him. "Yes sir I am."said Andrew softly.

"Ah yes, I been saving this copy just for you seeing how I know you Darlings so well!"said the owner chuckling as he handed Andrew a copy of The Dragon and the knight. "Thankyou sir!"said Andrew as he took the copy and put it in his arms. "You ready to check out?"the owner asked him as he seen that Andrew was dressed up really nice. "Yes sir, I got to get home for James party back at the mansion that I promise I would make it to."said Andrew. "Ah... James birthday party huh? well tell him I said Happy birthday and tell your father I said hi!"said the owner as he rung up Andrew's books. "Will do John, and thanks for holding the book for me I'll see you next time!"said Andrew winking at him. As he pushed the door opened the bell tinkled above his head as he reached the busy street of Diagon Alley once again. As he headed towards the coffee shop across the street to get him a Mocha before heading back home seeing how he had two hours to waste.

Emma watched as the guy from before walked up to the counter and started to talk to the manager. The guy that was suppose to be getting her book for her. 'What? He gets helped before me?' Emma thought to herself, crossing her arms and glaring at the guy. 'How dare he be served before me. I was waiting for my book before he even got to the counter.' Emma thought as the manager started to ring up his books. Then she saw that they must be friend. 'Oh I see how it is. People who are friends with the manager get served before others. Well maybe I should be friends with the manager to get special service.' Emma thought to herself walking up to the counter and facing the manager. "Um..excuse me. Can I get my book now?" Emma asked him with a thick layer of frustration and not wanting to wait anymore in her voice.

The manager looked at the girl and shook his head. "I believe it was my associate that was helping you with your book Miss."said the owner of the bookstore. "But I'll be happy to get your book."said the bookstore owner as he gotten her book and handed it to her. "Here your book."said the manger John handing her the book that she wanted. Meanwhile Andrew as across the street enjoying a nice cup of Mocha coffee and reading his book he just gotten from the bookstore. It made Andrew laughed that he was served before that snobby so called rich girl but she did ask another person to get her book and not the manger and owner of the store.

Besides, John the owner had every right not to serve that snob anyways it wasn't like she was someone special anyways. Shaking his head Andrew shook his thoughts about that snobbish girl out of his mind for he nevered liked people like that especially girls for they were always money hungry and wanted him to buy them everything. Of course the Darlings were very rich but him and his brother James and his sister Leslie nevered showed it like this girl did.
