Edward was beginning to get fed up with his mates, they were all so childish. They didn't know how to hit on the ladies, how to hold down a few drinks, and they didn't know how to have a good time at all. Ed was the complete opposite of them. He had believed that he could get any girl he wanted; not only because of his charm and good looks, but because he knew how to treat a girl right. He was never the one to hook up with a girl and leave her forever. No, he knew that girls completely hated that. As much as he liked doing it, he had to keep his good reputation with the girls.
As he walked through Hogsmeade, he noticed at least four sixth year girls giggling and gaping at him as he strolled by. To his disadvantage, he had also noticed a seventh year boy wink at him. Edward wasn't the one to judge, but he certainly didn't want to get himself in that situation. Shaking his head, he disregarded the male and continued on his way to The Three Broomsticks.
The place was very busy that day, there were people in nearly every square inch of the interior, he, however, noticed two vacant seats at the bar. Quickly, he took the left seat and ordered a butterbeer. He wasn't in the mood for alcohol just yet. He wanted to wait until later in the evening to begin to drink, it was only five-forty-five after all. Taking his drink, Ed smiled and winked at a girl who sat across the bar. She seemed to be about seventeen, a blonde-haired, blue-eyed beauty. In return, Edward received a dirty look, and an angry grimace from the girl's apparent boyfriend. He turned away and scanned the room for another girl. He truly believed that he could get anyone.
