Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Shelby's Outfit

Shelby walked through London towards a book store. She wore a pair of shorts and a black tee shirt that read “keep calm kill zombies”. she had on a silver necklaces that had a pendent shaped like a knuckle thingy that a fighter would use. Her ring was like a snake wrapped around her right ring finger. Her bracelets where black and white like the converses she wore on her feet. Smiling she finally reached the book store which was here destination. She walked inside and picked a random book of the self. Taking the book with her she sat down in a chair and began to read.

As she walked in through the streets of London, Mariposa felt a strange surge of happiness forming inside her. She felt calmer than she had when she was in her house. Her parents had been fighting over something, that Mariposa hadn't really felt the need to pay attention to. It was probably just some stupid little fight they had every now and then, later when she got home they would be all happy again. But still she didn't like to see her parents fight, and she had left her house with a mixture of anger and sadness. But it was basically gone now, and it was being replaced with the happiness she was beginning to feel now.

Mariposa was headed toward one of her favorite places. A bookstore she often visited. It was like a second home to her, since she spent most of her time there. She loved to read the book the store had, mostly the mystery and adventure ones. She was often lost in the books and she would feel a though she was in the story. It was the best place for her to be, what with her active imagination and such. Even her parent's fight couldn't bring her down now that she was nearing the store. She opened the door, looking up at the bell jingling above her. SHe smiled and walked inside, making sure the door closed softly behind her, so as not to disturb anyone who was reading.

She walked over to the shelf that held her favorite books and picked one she hadn't read yet, and sat down next to a girl, and began to read.

Shelby looked up when the bell above the door jingled. there was a person there, she suspected it was a girl but wasn't to sure. guys had long hair and girl wore guys clothes, none of it was right to Shelby. it was kind of cold inside of the store and she had nothing on her legs so she had goose bumps all over them. She slipped her feet out of her shoes and curled up in the chair she sat in as she read. Then the person showed up again this time sitting next to her. Shelby looked over her over the edge of her book. She rolled her eyes and went back to reading. The person was a girl and Shelby disliked that more than she did guys with extremely long hair. It just wasn’t right.
