GENERAL APPEARANCE: Vie stands at 5'5". She has dark dirty blond hair, though some would say it was brown. It's not. Her hair has a slight curl to it as well, when she doesn't take the time to fix it. Unlike some girls near/around her age Vie isn't stick thin. She has some meat on her bones, so to say. Her eyes are a lovely shade of blue.

PERSONALITY: Vie tends to keep most of her thoughts to herself. No one ever told her to do that. It was just something she started doing at a young age. And it only deepened when she started her schooling at Hogwarts. Though she doesn't mind speaking her mind (at times). Like in one of her classes, or when she is talking to Tim. With her dad, Vie learned quickly not to say too much.
Because she tends to keep her mouth shut most of the time, Vie tends to find it hard to make friends. In the past it hadn't really mattered to her, but lately it has been on her mind a lot.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: Growing up Vie didn't really see a lot of her daddy for the first eight years of her young life. That was because he was in Azkaban. During those first eight years, she was brought up by her mom and twin older brothers.
After her dad came home, Vie was happier. Her mother on the other hand was not pleased to say the least, to see him again. Vie didn't remember (because she didn't know) why her daddy was sent away, but her mother remembered. Chris and Tim could remember it slightly. Though no one ever answered her questions, Vie just stopped asking them after a while. She was just happy to have her daddy home.
You see the reason for her father to have spent those eight years away from his family and in Azkaban was a simple one. He had tortured three muggles. Not all at once, with all three within 24 hours. He had been hiding for about a week when some "Dark Wizard Catchers" finally caught up with him and sent him to Azkaban.
Vie had to grown up for eight years without her daddy around. Yet Tim would tell her all kinds of stories about their dad. Chris on the other hand never once talked about their dad. As far as he saw it, he didn't have a father.
When she was nine, Vie finally showed some magic ability. Tim and their father had been worried until that had happened. Yet all Vie had done was float the cookie jar down to her, when her mother had told her she couldn't have any before dinner. Her parents were also fighting during that year.
When she was ten, her parents were fighting even more. It seemed to Vie that it was happening like every minute of every day. It wasn't really, but to the young girl it sure felt like that. They were fighting daily, just not every minute of every day.
In fact, it got so bad that Chris started fighting with Tim. It seemed like the lines were drawn. Vie couldn't wait to leave and go to Hogwarts.
Hogwarts Years: (Year One)
Vie was over-joyed to be able to finally go to Hogwarts. She had heard many stories from her parents, as well as her brothers.
When the day finally came, she woke up extra early, and couldn't go back to sleep. The train ride was pretty normal. Tim had her sit with him and his friends. (He didn't want anything to happen to his little sister on her first train ride.) The boat ride across the lake was something else to the little first year. No one had told her about that!
The rest of her first year went by in a blur. By the time it ended, she couldn't believe she has finished her first year already. Before she got on the train (to head back home) she was already wishing she didn't have to leave.
(Year Two)
The next August found Vie wanting to just get out of the house. Her parents were fighting more and more each day. That is when her dad home. He seemed to be gone more often those days. Chris and Time were getting ready for their seventh and final year. Vie wasn't too happy about that.
September first came and found the three Free children on the Hogwarts train once more. Little did Vie know how much her home life was going to be different by the end of the school year.
The horse-less rides where another thing that caught Vie's eyes. She thought they were much better than the boats. And to tell the truth, she was a little worried that she would have to ride in them again. But was happy when she didn't have to.
Everything was going find until about two weeks before the Winter break. Vie, Chris and Tim each got a letter from their father stating that they should stay at the school for the coming up holiday. That was all he said in the letters. Tim and Vie didn't think anything of it. But Chris didn't like the way it sounded in his mind.
What the three kids didn't know was that their father was done with all the yelling, cursing, hexing, fighting, and questions. He had killed their mother. And he didn't want to the kids around at the moment. He had his hands full enough with the Ministry. None of the kids found out what had happened until the end of that school year.
Vie didn't spend much time at home that summer. Instead she spent most of her time with Tim. And it was Tim that took her to the train station that September.
(Year Three)
By the time September came around Vie didn't really know what to think about her family any more. She still managed to keep up with her studies, and everything. But all through out the year, whenever she had a free moment, Vie's mind was busy with thought of what her dad was going to do.
Every chance she got to go back to Tim's, she did. Without a second thought. Even though that was where she was living (for the moment), it didn't feel like home to her. Home was where ever her dad was. At least that was what Vie thought.
(Year Four)
During the summer before that school year started, Vie's dad somehow managed to not be busted for the death of his wife.
So Vie was able to move back home with her dad again. Chris wasn't happy about any of that. But for the moment there was nothing he could do.
Vie doesn't really talk about her home life while at school. She would much rather just keep the two lives apart.

RP SAMPLE: Vie sat in her dorm room, working on a letter to Tim (yet again). She couldn't believe everything that had happened to her, in her short life.
She sat down her quill and stretched out on her bed. She was still worried about her dad, and wanted Tim check up on him every once in a while.
*But how can I ask him, this time?* She thought as she sighed.
She shook her head as she sat up and looked at the half finished letter.
Most of the time it wasn't hard for her to write. But something was stopping her from thinking that day.
