Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Thud, Thud, Thud, Thud. Keera pushed herself through the crowd of people stuffed
into the Atrium, her boots as noisy as ever against the marble floor. She looked left,
and then right, her piercing green eyes scanning the area for anyone of importance,
anyone with power. She continued forward with her hands in her vest pockets, her
usual ecstatic expression replaced by one of calmness; sure these people had dirt
on her, but they had no reason to forbid her from the Ministry building, and they also
had no reason to cause her any trouble.

“Keera Mast?” A pale, plump looking young women asked, her face expressing her
obvious curiosity as to why Keera of all people, was walking about the main floor of
the Ministry. Keera pushed her way past the women without saying a word, her eyes
never even moving in her direction. “Ms. Mast?” she asked again, clearly thinking the
chattering of the people around them had drowned out her voice the first time. “I. Heard.
You,” Keera replied in a calm, but threatening tone, but continued on her way, once
again not bothering to see who it was who was talking to her. “Its me, Mast!” the women
called after her, having stopped in the middle of the crowd, staring at the Keera’s back
as she disappeared into the large mass of people. Keera inhaled deeply and ran a hand
through her tangled hair, she hadn’t expected to see anyone of her former classmates
there- which she then realized was a possibility very foolish for her to overlook- and
she especially hadn’t expected to see Alexia Belle of all people. Wasn’t she dead or
something? Keera glanced backwards- but only for a second- and was relived when
she saw that Alexia was no longer following her. She couldn’t seem to understand why
the women had even dared to speak to her; had she seriously forgotten what she had
done to her sister that dark, September evening? No, Keera decided, no one had yet
forgotten how she had lost her temper and murdered the young witch. Nobody would
ever forget, and it would drive Keera crazy each time she saw any of the people who
had witnessed it, especially Alexia.

Keera reminded herself that she was there at the ministry for a reason and she couldn’t
afford to let her emotions get the best of her. She cracked her neck and narrowed her
eyes to slits as she neared one of the elevators; she would focus on the plan & nothing
but the plan, if she brought her past into it she would be doomed to failure. “Watch it!” A
young Auror- though Keera could only guess- snapped as he stepped out of the elevator,
a briefcase in hand. She frowned and entered the elevator, watching as the doors started
to close slowly, when a hand reached in and pushed the doors apart, stepping inside to
join Keera. She eyed him, her eyes darting over his face as she tried to figure out who he
was. “Er, Hello,” he greeted, noticing her watchful, curious eyes as he shifted from one
foot to the other. Keera nodded in reply, turning her head so that she was staring at the
glowing floor numbers above the doors. First floor, Second floor, Third floor. Keera waited
as each one lit up indicating that the elevator had passed those floors. Ding! The elevator
chimed, causing the nervous man besides her to jump. She glanced in his direction, had
she met this man before? Or was he just a naturally jumpy man? She shook her head,
leaving her thoughts behind in the elevator as she walked out, once again looking left and
right before moving forward. She was on the right floor now, the Minister’s office would
be only a few paces away.

“Its time to see how our old pal Matt is doing,” Keera whispered to herself, grinning wickedly.

Matt was inside his office doing some paperwork, he really had been enjoying the day so far. He had enjoyed a nice lunch with Khaat, managed to knock off a scotch with Dane a few hours ago. And had even managed to get a letter from Sophia stating everything was okay at Hogwarts. He sipped his coffee when his secretary opened his door, "Minister? There's a young lady here to see you." she said. "Tell her to come in!" he said putting his mug of coffee down on his desk.

“Get off me. I know where his office is,” Keera growled threateningly, yanking
her arm out of the secretary’s grip. The women scowled at her for a moment’s
time, but decided not to push it and walked back to her desk at the end of the
hallway. Keera shook her arm as if to get rid of some imaginary dirt that clung
to her skin after the women had touched her. She wasn’t usually the type to get
all peeved when people of a lower class touched her, but she was human, and
like any other human she got aggravated when people tried to push her around-
or, pull in this case.

Keera walked forward, heading towards the open door that the secretary had
just gone through a moment prior, not stopping- or caring- to knock before enter-
-ing. “H-e-l-l-o,” she greeted, drawing out each letter in a rather patronizing way,
leaning in the doorway with a smug look on her face. “It truly has been ages…”
she stated flatly before grabbing hold of both sides of her black leather vest and
curtsying sarcastically. “May I come in- thank you!” she smirked, inviting herself in.

The office wasn’t quite what she had imagined when she had planned her visit to
the minister’s office, but then again she had never really been one to have low ex-
-pectations of anything. Keera pushed Matt aside and sat down on one of the cha-
-irs on the other side of the room, resting her legs on one of its arms. She was still
smirking; she couldn’t help it, the irony of it all truly was amazing. Hadn’t Matt been
one of Keera’s only friends at Hogwarts? And now what? She loathed the man
he had become. She hated everything he stood for and to look at him only brought
out more of that hatred towards him. Or perhaps she had been the one that had c-
-hanged. Keera thought about that possibility for a moment- but only a fraction of a
second- before pushing it out of her head for good. It didn’t matter, she decided, it
didn’t matter who changed or who didn’t, Keera had finally made up her mind to go
visit her former friend and have a little chat with him and she was glad she had ma-
-de it that far. She believed that every war had to start out with two equal sides, m-
-uch like a chess game, and to be equal would mean to share the same knowledge,
so naturally, she felt that it was her obligation to enlighten Matt. Keera peered around
the corner, eyeing the man, waiting for him to join her in the main part of his office.
She would make them equal sides to the chess game before taking any action at all.

“I come bearing news, my old friend. Although it may not be the news you wish to h-
-ear,” she called, tapping her fingers against his desk.

OoC:No it's fine, mine just seem kinda wimpy compared to yours lol

Matt barely had time to comprehend what was going on, by the time he stood up Keera was sitting in one of his chairs. It really had been a long time, since school....well maybe not that long. But she had just waltzed in and made herself at home. "Uh, hello?" he said confused with all that was going on. "Keera? I haven't seen you since school! What the hell do you want?" he asked angrily. "I've got work to do!" he replied taking a seat at his desk once again. "And what kind of news is that?"

‘cause we need a little controversy Empty Re: ‘cause we need a little controversy

Keera waved her hand in the air, dismissing all of what he had said, which
hadn’t been much in the first place. She knew he was aggravated with her
for just waltzing in like she owned the place, but that only gave her more s-
-atisfaction. Keera sent a taunting smile his way and leaned her head again-
-st the chair she sat in. “Have you ever killed anyone?” she asked casually,
as if it was something normal people talked about every day over a cup of t-
-ea. She had recognized the smell of blood the second she had stepped in-
-side the office, and was guessing it wasn’t his. “Or does your cologne sm-
-ell of blood?” Keera turned her head to one side and raised her eyebrows
out of curiosity. She realized she was getting off track with her random qu-
-estions and decided to get back to her point.

“You know of my beliefs; I’ve tried so many times to get you to see my way-
but I am not hear to start up that conversation again, I know by know that it is
not possible to persuade you ones you have made up your mind. No, I have c-
-ome here to warn you. At this time tomorrow I will be at Hogwarts once more
and I will have already begun taking action.” – Keera leaned forwards and s-
-miled at him, her jagged, yellow teeth visible, making her smile look rather me-
-nacing. She stopped drumming her fingers against his desk and placed that
hand on his shoulder- “I trust you won’t run off and tell your little friends what
I am telling you know? Good, after all, it is only weak to shoot your opponent
when their back is turned! It is all too easy that way, you see? Now, what w-
-as I saying?” She paused and looked up at the ceiling, trying to remember. “Ah!
That’s right, my plan, I was speaking of my plan. What am I doing at Hogwarts
you ask? Well, what a wonderful question!” she was practically having the wh-
-ole conversation with herself at this point, “I’m collecting them. Every. Single.
One,” Keera’s voice had lowered a bit and her eyes had a bit of a darker tint to
them. Her voice kept switching from one octave to another, in fact, it was rather
frightening, “Only the powerful ones though! I’ll let them graduate of course, but
once they leave the school I will gather them up and tweak their brains; teach t-
-hem to think like… me,” she continued, moving her hand from his shoulder bef-
-ore taking both of his hands in hers excitedly, “They’ll think like me! Nobody thin-
-ks like me, Matt, i-m-a-g-i-n-e it!” she exclaimed, her eyes glittering. “but this is
the part where you come in, I’m afraid, old friend. You see, I need the Ministry to
vanish. I want there to be only the weak and the powerful left. If I get rid of the
minister…”- Keera narrowed her eyes to slits, scowling at him for no apparent r-
-eason- “then I can make all my dreams come true. Then me &my ‘friends’ get rid of
all of you and then I’ll finish of the Death Eaters as well. Don’t you see how perf-
-ect it will work if you cooperate with me- I need your help. This will only work if
you ‘go’ willingly. But don’t worry about what is wrong and what is right- this is
going to help the world! That is all I’m trying to do is improve what needs to be im-
-proved; if the powerful were the rulers and the weak were our servants there
would be no reason for prisons or for death, even!” Keera finished, leaning back
into her chair, folding her hands and resting them on her lap. “Now tell me, Matt…
was I right when I told you this would be news you didn’t want to hear? Or do y-
-ou finally understand?” she asked, smirking once more.

[Note: When she mentions she smells blood, she is smelling your vampire-ness,
that is, asuming your the normal kind of vampire that...drinks blood...right? IDK
Vampires have been getting weirder and weirder over the past year or so, so
im never sure XD]
