| Topher - I think you just say who would be matched well together. Not nessesarily the person above you. Also, i think he just meant you can't match people who are already going out with eachother. For example:
Piper & Dae - they are already going out so don't say that.
Piper & Topher - this is ok. (However you to would make a horrible couple. This is just an example.)
