Okay, this is another thing I got from another site. It can be done as many times as you want but the rule is when your listening to the music you have to put them in order, no picking songs just to sound 'cool'  It doesn't matter if you use the instructions above, it's just easier than listening to song after song and writing as you go, if that makes sense...
