Lily felt strange but she supposed that was normal. If she didn't feel any sense of trepidation or hesitation, that would guarantee she was set up for failure. She walked down Diagon Alley, her spine stiffening slightly with sense memory as she passed the sign welcoming guests to Knockturn Alley. She did not take this path, angling instead towards what was arguably one of the most upstanding apothecaries in the country. She chose her words carefully, for there were other establishments with a wider variety of rarer (and illegal) ingredients, but these often attracted a less than favorable reputation.

The door tinkled as she entered, and she stepped inside, looking around. She plucked at her cardigan and approached the counter, trying to keep her eyes from running over the stock - goodness knows that would lead to a major distraction. "Hello, I was hoping to speak to Mr. @Lorcan D'eath."

Simon had been having a fun afternoon. In the absence of customers, he'd managed to put all the stock away without being interrupted. A rare accomplishment. Slug and Jiggers was probably the most well renowned apothecary in Diagon Alley and there was always someone poking about or asking for this or that.

Speaking of which, his rest was short lived as The Potter Girl traipsed in off the street and asked for Lorcan.

"D' y' 'ave an appointment?" he asked, without looking up from his book.
