Welcome to Potterís Army

Potterís Army is a roleplaying site that's been up and running since 2007. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and helpful community where all levels of writers are accepted.

In this alternate universe, Lord Voldemort is dead, but so is Harry Potter. Factions continue to fight, Hogwarts educates the next generation of witches and wizards, and the Ministry of Magic does its best to hold everything together.

From what I've seen, she only liked an article that partially alluded to biological sex, unless there's been updates or I misread. I can't find the original article now, just summaries of it.

She has liked that article in the past, but yesterday she liked this womanís rant about how ďmen in dressesĒ are treated like real women, or something. I didnít read all of it, because ew.

I donít follow her either, it just got retweeted to my timeline.

it doesnít surprise me tbh, itís actually more annoying that she tries to pander to every audience. like, youíre not comfortable with lgbt people? thatís fine, but donít retroactively make your characters gay in that case

She's also somebody who has no idea what to do with her celebrity status. She feels compelled to share opinions or make stances on things she has no right to (I guess no more right than anyone else, but she's fairly irresponsible with it), and things she doesn't NEED to share.

OMG so there's this stupid ball tampering cricket scandal going on here at the moment, and the guys get on TV, cry a bit about how they're "good people who made a bad mistake" and half the country's ready to forgive them.

I really don't think Australians realise how the rest of the world perceives us. Like we are such bad sports, and we have made such a big deal when this has happened with other teams - even calling for lifetime bans - but as soon as it happens to "our boys" it's oh they should be forgiven.

UH no. They play that game for a living. If I broke the rules at my job I'd be fired, and for a good reason. They deserve everything they get (and more, since they didn't get much). I'm soooo angry that people are saying we should feel sorry for them. This is happening at the same time as a child in an Australian run offshore detention centre was being denied psychological treatment by the government, but the high court decision for that wasn't cutting into my regular viewing. That wasn't considered "breaking news" I am SO ANGRY.
